My wife and I had completely written off Subway due to constant bad experiences no matter which location we went to, we had one good experience at this location and it must have been a fluke.
When you order a sandwich and ask for over half the vegetables, and several seasonings toasted. I would expect at least one of those three things be correct.
It was not toasted, as you can see in the photo, I can see the meat more than the vegetable, and we all know it’s not because there’s a lot of meat.
It’s really sad. I worked at Subway for nearly a decade when I was younger, and I thought I would love it till the day I die because I never had a problem with their food, but the changes in their manufacturers and recipes for their sauces, over the past 10 years has just made this place worse and worse, and the people working at them these days definitely don’t help, it’s not worth 10 or more dollars a sub when it’s a game of roulette on. If you’re going to get something remotely, worth your money

The subs are okay there but then again the product does not match the price a sub simply should not cost over $13 I can go to a sit-down restaurant and get a whole meal for 10.99 unfortunately most restaurants today fast food are over priced

I went here on a weekday evening and was greeted by a couple of friendly teenage boys. I thought they might be Punk but it turned out they were pretty nice. They were courteous and complimented me on my shirt which was a nice touch I thought. They made my sandwich is quickly and I was very happy with how they tasted. Pretty much standard subway fare but with good staff it makes a difference.

You can get a sandwich in a reasonable amount of time, but the staff is not very friendly and pretty stingy with the toppings. I asked for extra cheese because she barely put any on there, and she charged me an extra $1 for it. I tried to pay with a gift card one time and she said it wouldn’t work. I tried the gift card at another subway and it worked just fine.

We love this Subway. We don’t like the online ordering because you can not customize your sub. It does not work. Also I was in the restaurant a few days ago and noticed the servers making the sandwiches were no longer wearing mask. I was not comfortable with that.

The two girls working didn’t have a clue between them. I ordered two minis one tuna one ham. She said the tuna they could only ring up as a 6 inch. I said ok then just charge the tuna price for both. She rang up a 6 inch tuna and a mini ham! I had to explain 3 times that I was 2 minis so that would be the same as one 6 inch. They both looked dumb founded. Finally she took the price of the mini off and we paid for a 6 inch tuna. After all that the food was good.

I went just to buy cookies for my son not to order a sandwich so I stood near the register. they did not even acknowledge me. I expected to wait until they finish with the person in front of me and then be able to pay while they made the next sandwich but I waited until they finished 5 complete sandwiches to spend $3 on some cookies
