Things have greatly improved since the new owners and the remodel. The food is always fresh and ready in a matter of minutes. The employees have been nice and professional. My wife and I quit going there for several years because it was not clean and you order may or may not be satisfactory. Now we eat there once a week.

My family and I stopped in about 20 mins before closing. Even tho it was pouring rain, the manager took time to talk to us and ask about our night. The food was hot and fresh, and he threw in a couple treats for the kids while we waited. Awesome people and awesome service.

First of all… I love Zaxbys, Zaxbys is my favorite fast food restaurant. I love their food it comes fast, nice seating, when you walk in its nice and calm sound, not loud but not quiet it’s perfect. They have good Customer service, their nice, they went a above and beyond to make sure our experience was great!!!

The service was very friendly and genuine Zaxbys always had great chicken tenders (probably close to the best) but today I tried the Caribbean jerk chicken sandwich. The flavors were there and it honestly wasn’t a bad sandwich I ate the whole thing but it wasn’t my cup of tea for a sauce but there awesome chicken they consistently serve here made it a good sandwich and in the end the basics are what saved them. Also sweet tea here is on point with the crushed ice!!!!!
