Been here a few times and the food is always good and hot. I got the My Hut Box and it’s a pretty good deal. The fries were really good and crispy. I also got the Pepperoni melts. Fast and friendly service always. Will definitely be back.

Went in today at 3:45 pm….we were told by a pizza hut driver that there was no dining, cause they have no servers. Almost 4 pm and couldn’t sit and eat?! Really? The employees behind the counter just ignored us; thank goodness the driver came in. Plus, the place was absolutely filthy; the tables and the floor were disgusting. Where the heck is management….this place is a hot mess…..Won’t go back!!

What happened? Did y’all start measuring the ingredients out or what? There was hardly even cheese topping. My Canadian pizza didn’t even have sauce! Ugh.. was craving the cheese but guess I’ll have to find a new and different spot. 31 years of cheesy amazingness now dry pizza…….. disappointed in whoever changed it up. Sorry for your loss.

Came in for lunch, and I will never return nor order from this location ever again. This place is in need of some serious changes. The food was decent at best and way too over priced. The service was subpar at best. Which brings me to the cleanliness. Oh my goodness! There were only 3 tables seated, including myself. I was told I could sit anywhere I like. After searching for a clean table i realized most every table needed to be cleaned off and wiped down. The seats and booths were in need of being wiped down also. The floors are in dire need of deep cleaning or replaced. As was all the trash needing picked up from under the tables. I was at this location for about 45 minutes. The employees were sitting in the north section of the dinning room just chatting away and playing on their phones. This is absolutely the worst appearance and clean restaurant I have EVER been too. No excuses for this mess. The management and employees need to be retrained.

My family has always preferred Pizza Hut over all particularly for their pan pizza. I was really disappointed when ordering our usual order to find the large pizza had shrank, and they didn’t fill the top of the pizza as they usually do. Since prices have increased, something a regular would notice, I’m not really sure if it is worth it anymore sadly.
The dine in experience has been fast each time I have been. The staff is always nice, but sometimes drinks take a little bit of a wait because they are multitasking.
Above all, I have always come for the better tasting pizza. If they are going to modify it, then they probably won’t keep buisness. They would make better profit with deals, new items, or experiences. Otherwise, people will just go elsewhere.

Last two orders I’ve tried to get my buffalo wings they have sent the wrong sauce. No ranch and my rootbeer has been hot both times. I literally cannot unbelievable.

They delivered complete raw chicken. Called store and got hung up on when I said that I would let corporate know what happened. Manager on Duty was Amanda. Will not order from here again, it’s been hit and miss for 1 year now and this was the final straw.

The New Yorker had NO sauce on it. It was so dry you couldn’t eat it.
We tried to add more marinara sauce to the order and no matter what it came up. Ranch dressing. Also got a pizza with garlic parmesan sauce it was not good.
