It appears to have clean tables. The restaurant was very quiet. I requested a strawberry milk shake. The workers look busy working. Overall, I got a good feeling about this business vs. the one in Covington, TN. The coffee pots had blue liquid in them and were being cleaned for in the morning.

I come here at least a few times a week and the food is always fresh, great customer service, friendly people. Kass, the manager, was very helpful and checked on me while eating to make sure everything was great. A nice relaxing environment to sit in front of fireplace and watch the Olympics.

I placed an order for catering to my American Legion Post meeting. I ordered 50 pieces of Chicken and 25 biscuits. Dora took the order for me and told me it would be ready by 5:00 pm the next day as requested. The food was ready on time and made fresh and hot. It was delicious and everyone at the meeting loved it. Dora and all. The staff were very friendly and professional. I will be going back in the future. And my grandson got some ice cream. He loved it.

Tamera’s customer service is beyond this world fantastic. I wouldn’t normally come in & eat my food, but my food had a wait time & I didn’t mind waiting because her customer service from the speaker, to the window, to the delivery of my food was fantastic. 10/10. I will definitely consider eating inside Jack’s each time I visit instead of going through the line if I have time. We went yesterday for breakfast. Preordered on line. It was ready. Picked up and drove 15 minutes home and our biscuits and gravy and eggs were still hot and oh so yummy. This was our first visit. Hope this is the norm as we will definitely be going back and referring others. Keep up the good work !!!!!

First time visiting a Jack’s restaurant, but definitely not my last. Immediately upon entering the store, I was greeted by Richard Ring. He truly loves his job and it shows—such a rarity these days! He thoroughly explained the menu items and didn’t make me feel rushed whatsoever. He definitely set the bar for stellar customer service! The food was great! Zero complaints and I intend to return to this location again very soon! Keep up the great work Richard!

I ordered a salad from the drive through. As I pulled around the corner, I noticed garbage laying under the window. The drive through windows were so dirty that you could hardly see inside, as if some took Mayo and touched all three windows.
The attendant opened the window, said $9.35 and walked off. She came back with my drink….and I never got a straw.
I was asked to pull forward.
A nice lady walked my meal out and said they were out of ranch and gave me two options. She went a got my dressing from the drive through window.
The salad was tiny, but well put together.
It’s such a pretty restaurant from the road that I expected a different experience.

There wasn’t a long line but the latest there simply just don’t know what they are doing. I never had to wait over 30 min for Chicken. And plus they were very rude. Don’t have any good customer service. Jacks normally holds high standards now it seems as if they just hired anyone the website states that they open at 5 AM but they didn’t open until 6:45 AM. The first time I came to Jack’s, it was awesome But just this past Sunday at 4:00 pm Jack’s was awful it. The kids need more training. It seem as if no one wants to do their job. I hope it get better because it seems to be a new facility that we really don’t want to leave.

I asked for additional gravy as what I received was almost nonexistent. One girl was willing to help, but she was scolded by a coworker that told her it cost extra. She provided it free of charge and the other girl got the manager who glared at me, said it cost extra and that this time it was ok since the other girl gave it to me. I thanked her for her customer service and was disappointed at the manager. Please address customer service with employees vs strict policy following as it can be detrimental to future visits.
