T-mobile sent out a BOGO deal for Firehouse Subs which gives me a chance to try this franchise out as I have heard good things about them. My boyfriend and I made our order and it was pretty much made almost on time. They seemed to have a few online orders as well as in-person orders as there were a few people dining in and some waiting for their order. The inside was clean with plenty of tables and chairs for people to sit at to eat their food or wait. There was firefighter suit and equipment near the entrance which I thought was fitting. The staff here were friendly and professional, they would greet anyone who came in.
We got the medium hook and ladder which was really good. I asked for extra lettuce, tomatoes, and onions but I feel like only the onions were extra as it looked the same as my boyfriend’s which had no customizations. I love the careful construction of the sandwich as it didn’t fall apart like Subway sandwiches. I also appreciate the hot sauce bar and it has changed my perspective of hot sauce on sandwiches which now I will be doing too! My boyfriend was also very impressed and even tempted to get another sandwich as he wanted to try one of the other sandwiches as he loved his so much.
Now the issue with this experience was that I threw up and I had nothing else that day except this sandwich. I’m concerned if the quality of the vegetables or maybe the hot sauce caused this. I did voice my concerns to Firehouse Subs and they said they would look into it.

This was the first time we have eaten there. The subs tasted great. They were rather small, smaller than Jersey Mike’s. We had an Italian sub. I would go again.

Probably the best sub I’ve ever had! I got the hook and ladder and it was absolutely delicious I like that they have better topping options than other places and of all the sandwich shops I’ve been to, these guys have the best bread. It’s a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for

I really wish I had enjoyed my food, because the first time I came here the subs were absolutely amazing. I ordered the exact same thing this time, a pepperoni meatball sub. I added bacon and was charged for it, but there was no bacon on my sandwich. I also asked for light marinara, yet the sandwich was drenched and completely soggy, and I did not receive the grilled onions either.
The turkey bacon sandwich was also extremely soggy and honestly inedible. To make matters worse, I found a hair in that sandwich. The only things that were good were the mac and cheese and the drinks. We ordered Sprite. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. We also had to wait much longer than expected, even though the online order said it would be ready at 12:30. I placed the order ahead of time because I needed to get to work. Spending $55 on sandwiches and not being able to enjoy the food at all is unacceptable.

Greeted upon entering. Prices were comparable to other sub places. Food was just as good as any other.
The only thing I felt really stood out about this place is that it helps the local fire fighters which is great but also that they had some unique flavor profiles that I think many would enjoy.
I didn’t like that they only had 2 options for bread (White or Wheet, Gluten-Free bread also). Other then that, seems like a great little place. I’d be back to try another kind of sandwich.

Big black long hair in my sandwich that I ordered to be delivered thru there website. They refuse to refund me for this i threw it away the sad part is whoever packaged it up should have easily seen it.

Our first experience here was great! They welcomed us at the door. I told them we’ve never been here before and the lady taking orders (Saphire) offered suggestions. She was super friendly to us and other customers the whole time we were there. She even checked on us to make sure our food was good and our experience was good. Food came out fast. Restaurant is clean. Great selection of chips and drinks. I was worried it would be just like Subway, but it wasn’t anything like it. Cool decorations.

I love their tuna salad sandwich. Roast beef sandwich is also very good. I tried all small, medium, and large sizes but I personally like the medium size the best. I asked for banana peppers add-on and no pickle spear this time but they must have forgotten.
