Tio Pinche is hands down one of the most fun, unique spots I’ve been to in a long time. From the moment you walk in, it’s an experience. The décor is — vibrant red walls, LED lighting around the bar, disco balls overhead, and the Valentine’s setup with the giant roses and heart balloons made it feel like the perfect date-night spot. Super Instagram-worthy but still comfortable and welcoming.
The atmosphere is energetic without being overwhelming. You can catch a game on the big screen, enjoy great music, and still actually have a conversation. The bar is fully stocked with top-shelf options and the presentation on the drinks is on point. Everything looks and tastes premium.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell they care about the vibe and the customer experience.
If you’re looking for:
• A fun date night spot ❤️
• A place to celebrate with friends
• Great drinks and a cool ambiance
• Somewhere different from the typical bar scene
Tio Pinche delivers.
I’ll definitely be back. 10/10 recommend.

If I am being completely honest I’ve been here a few times when they first opened up they were doing well I came today and I’ll start with the server who had a bad attitude, hair down, music way too loud, FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD,HAIR IN THE SALSA THAT CAME WITH THE CHIPS, they wanted to charge me $5 for a 12oz coke they tried to sell it as a 16oz coke when she brought back the check it turns out to be a $2.50 coke. Honestly such a bad experience I definitely don’t recommend going to this place. The tamal de elote is more husk than tamal not worth the money at all. Based off of their reply I never once spoke to the owner i spoke to a young lady who offered me a second plate which i politely declined and asked for my check. No need to find more hair in my food.

I came all the way from North Carolina looking for authentic Honduran food in Sterling, VA, and El Tio Pinche went above and beyond my expectations! The meat was fresh, perfectly cooked, and so juicy. Everything—from the food to the service and cleanliness—was exceptional. The atmosphere felt welcoming and homey. If you’re looking for a spot that truly delivers on flavor, vibes, and service, this is the place to go!

Must try. Ordered the porkchop cooked perfectly. That salsa is amazing that comes w the chips. Support local business and check out ski gear nearby.

The food was AMAZING. Everything came out hot, fresh and delicious. There’s a wide variety aswell. The owner (our server) was so sweet and helped us with selections. For the atmosphere, the place was super authentic and welcoming into culture! Music was playing, colorful and decorative, overall a perfect experience that left me satisfied!

This place is outstanding! The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere made the whole experience feel special. I had the enchiladas, and they were absolutely phenomenal—rich, flavorful, and unforgettable. Between the service and the food, it’s easily a 10 out of 10.

Service was friendly, but it took longer than expected to get the food.
Ordered Empanadas de Plátano, Pollo con Tajadas, and Camarones Locos. Portions of the entrees were generous. All dishes were good, but the empanadas were especially delicious. Since the empanadas were sweet, I perceived them more as a dessert than an appetizer, but that may just be my unfamiliarity with the culture.
Chips and a very nice salsa were provided at the start.
The two letdowns were: the music playing from the speakers was way, way too loud; and the restaurant charged $2.99 for each glass of plain water.
