Jae took care “GREAT” care of us on this beautiful Friday morning. When we entered we were greeted with warm welcoming greetings. I had the #4 2 eggs and steak but my favorite was the oatmeal. The oatmeal came with chopped up fruits, brown sugar, and cream milk on the side. I totally recommend: Summit Diner to anyone. I look forward to my next visit. * Second 1 into 2 reviews because Google only allows one review per customer. I had a Motor City omelette. It was super good. It felt like I was at home. The oatmeal will always be my favorite and the he-man was awesome as well. Lastly we want to wish Jae a beautiful and blessed birthday we wish her the BEST that life has to offer and like always we look forward to our next visit.

Cannot complain about a restaurant that understands “fat equals flavor.” Breakfast was outstanding. The omelet was spot on and flavorful. The only item that put me off was the cinnamon bun. First couple of bites were not good, but once I hit the portion with the icing on it, it totally changed. Significant improvement. I know it doesn’t look like there is icing on the cinnamon bun, but it’s there and I wish there had been a bit more. We also got a blueberry and banana nut muffin; both were really good. I wish I remembered the young lady who waited on me, because she was very good!

The food is really good. Fast friendly service at a fare price. I had the He man breakfast added homemade corned beef hash. Wife had the cheese burger and said it was delicious.

The Rubens my bbf and I had were fantastically Delicious !! The corned-beef piled high on bread golden brown but not a hard chew . Always enjoy the artwork and the pictures of precious singers of back in the day. Just love seeing how God and Country is honored in this Diner. Absolutely a most delightful place to visit and eat and a good place to come back to.

Nice little diner with tasty breakfast selections. On vacation and checked Google for high rated breakfast establishment and this one hit the mark with high ratings! Friendly waitress that was swamped but still handled it all graciously. We will definitely recommend it to our friends

Absolutely obsessed with the Summit Diner! This place is a total vibe. The owner, John, is seriously an angel—like, how is someone that positive so early in the morning?! I had a bacon, egg, and cheese with crispy hash browns and an iced coffee that hit all the right spots. The food was bomb, but the energy in there? Even better. I left full, caffeinated, and in the best mood thanks to John’s good vibes. 10/10, can’t wait to go back!!

Have been here multiple times. Today was pretty bad. The floor was dirty, the one waitress just wiped everything from the table on to the floor. The food was cold, shorted us a chicken tender. The food quality was good tho. Didn’t bring condiments until asked for. Didn’t receive a check/bill until I went to stand at the register. Not their usual quality of service or conditions.
