Nestled in a little shop front about twenty feet wide and off the path from the interstate is this food diner which serves an excellent steak or chicken composition for your taste buds. What a treat awaits every visiting patron.
When we entered, I noticed the staff put on fresh gloves and went to their stations. One of the staff greeted us and took our order as the others began preparing the sandwiches we ordered. A very polite staff treat every visitor with courtesy and each other with respect.
As I finished our purchase and we retrieved our Cokes at the refill station, I noticed the care they were taking with our food order. The staff went straight to work at the grill, at the fry station and at the trimmings station for the final toppings on the sandwiches.
The care and precision with which they went to work was a smooth process which was practiced and perfected by the staff. We sat where we could observe our meals being prepared behind the glass at the grill. The grill was sizzling as our sandwiches were prepared before our very eyes. The bun was toasted on the grill beside our sandwich fixings. The aroma was delightful.
When the sandwiches were completed, the staff delivered them to us. The presentation of the meal was as impressive as the food preparation itself. The beauty was only superceded by the aroma and taste which followed eat savory bite.
The staff was busy between orders preparing the supplies to replenish the sandwich fixin’s. They remained alert and paid attention to the visitors entering the restaurant. “Welcome to Steak Escape,” was the greeting everyone received.
I observed a man and his young son come in to place a qtake out order. They waited as their food was prepared with the same diligence. Our meals finished, we were each full and could eat no more. Such a wonderful evening with my boys and I got to share a good evening with your staff in Jackson, TN.
Thank you for the good food, for a clean atmosphere and a clean environment to enjoy our evening together. We appreciate and can recommend your establishment to any and all who are looking for a good place to eat and enjoy each other’s company.

The meat had a great taste with the toppings. The fries were good. The only thing was the bread was tough! If I go back, I may dine in to see if the to minute delay had anything to do with the bread!!!

This place is consistently good. The Grand Escape with tomatoes sans onion is a true delight. Most all of their freshly grilled and assembled sandwhiches are pretty tasty. That’s me speaking from consuming a majority of the menu here personally. The lobby can be really enjoyable as well as the outdoor seating at night where they will provide table service.

Maaaan what a delicious Philly Cheestake! I actually went to Jersey Mike’s 1st and they was too slow so headed over to Steak Eacape and I’m glad they were slow. I won’t go anywhere else when wanting a Philly. Gonna be tough to try the other stuff when it’s that good.

I was so disappointed I seen so many good reviews. I just got phillycheese steak there not 30 min ago I go to eat it in my car an one the cheese is full slice not melted which wouldn’t have been so bad if there was meat but u can see in the picture the hole thing have just 1 or 2 pieces of steak here an there. The price is crazy of ur barely going give any meat. I guess I’m still on look for a place that has good phillycheese steaks with actual meat.

Whole experience was superb! Vegetables are prepped early each morning for extra freshness, with select meats and flavorful cheeses combined in a fast-pace, clean environment with Servers that are very attentive to each customer individually. On the follow up a year later, grabbed a fantastic Hangover served by some very friendly cashiers.

Took my daughter here for lunch on a Tuesday just before lunch. They had opened at 11 & we were the only 2 guests in the restaurant.
As we were looking over the menu, we were greeted by 2 women who were absolutely so patient and kind.
They helped us look over the menu and even made suggestions. They were very helpful!
The food was cooked fresh right after we ordered. Both of our orders came out quickly and tasted so good!!
