I love me a greasy spoon mom.and pop place with great food. Food was hot, seasoned, and good. The portions were great. I was a little disappointed that they changed me $4.00 for not even two tablespoons of mushrooms and tomatoes. If want a bang for your buck and good food go here.

I love this spot! The food is always hot and comes out quicker than you would expect. The wait staff are lovely and stop by your table often to make sure you don’t need anything. Prices are about average for a breakfast spot, with big portions. Their chicken and waffles are the best I’ve had in the area!
I think the only way it could be better was if they expanded the building to fit more people. There is a wait sometimes, but that’s what happens when a place is as good as this. I’ll keep coming back, I’ll wait my turn!

We went here for lunch after meeting our son. We had not been here before and we just happen to see it and decided to check it out. I had the french toast and it was very good. My son had one of the bowls and said it was also very good. I would go there again and try other options. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

I was waited on very quickly. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. I ordered the Super Hippie Bowl. I requested especially spinach, when it came there was NO EXTRA SPINACH. However, there was a charge for the extra spinach on the check. When I asked why was I being charged for what I did NOT receive, the waitress told me “those are the prices and there is nothing I can do about it.” NOT to create a scene, I paid the check and decided NOT to return. Happy Holidays.

First time here and had a very pleasant experience! Our waitress i believe was Heather and she was very attentive and kind. The food was very good too, we all got full so fast and still had plenty leftover to take home since the portions were pretty modest. Overall good experience and would come again and recommend 🙂

First time here. Nice little place. Food was great my omelette was huge nice portions. The service was amazing. There was a young lady with the most beautiful blue eyes that checked on our table and she wasn’t even our waitress. She was very attentive and very polite, you don’t come across that to much these days. We will be back again for sure. Betty Davis eyes has nothing on this young lady. We will have to get her name next time.

This was my second time here. The food was great. Diner vibe but with quality food. I was expecting a toasted PB&J with banana and the bacon, and this monstrosity showed up! the bread was a thick, Texas cut (?) French toast, I believe, and that was great as French toast. I will stick with other dishes in the future. This was great, I just bit off more than I can chew with this dish.

My family always has excellent experiences at The Yolk!! Our food was amazing (western omelette, biscuit bowl) and everything is always hot, seasoned, and a big portion. Our server, Angi, has been our server almost every time we have come in and she is the best server!! She knows how to take care of people and goes above and beyond with her service. The girls who work here are always busy and making sure everyone has what the need, whether it is a coffee refill, more water, or anything else. Angi even offered my husband a coffee to go, which made his day. Thank you Angi and the yolk team! We will be back!!

Came here for the first time yesterday, wasn’t really sure what to think after sitting because everyone who works there attempted to grab our food order and we had only been seated for five seconds. Ordered our meal and was super disappointed with the Original eggs benedict there was so much hollandaise sauce covering it I couldn’t taste anything else. Got sliced potatoes and they weren’t even cooked all the way. No one came back to check on us once we got our food. A waitress came over to see if we wanted our bill and finally noticed my plate at the end untouched told her what happened and nothing but blank stares. Nothing was offered as a resolution and I paid full price on my bill. Won’t be returning.
