Terribly disappointed. Ordered a kids meal for pickup. The quesadilla was a burnt tortilla with almost no cheese and the guacamole looks like it was sitting out all day. Couldn’t feed this to my kids. Disgusting.

Edit from last weeks order. Ordered two more burrito bowls today and both bowls were full portion and correct orders like they were in the past.
I will continue to be a faithful customer, seems like it was a one off bowl last week.

Ordered food from Uber eats didn’t receive my chips nor queso and my burrito and burrito bowl had no fillings(photo is before even eating just pushed to the side)not to mention my quacamole being brown.Never been here never will be this is disgusting.

I feel like this is consistently one of the not so good locations of Chipotle. It’s very hit or miss. Sometimes the food isn’t cooked all the way (rice, beans). Sometimes people give inconsistent portion sizes depending on who’s working. The girl working today gave me the tiniest scoop of rice and chicken, approximately 1/4 cup rice and maybe 6 pieces of chicken, and gave my husband literally double of what I got. Felt pretty intentional for no reason. I was polite, smiled and said hi. Management needs to pay a bit more attention to the employee’s performance.

Try this top value order, Burrito Bowl with tortilla on side,
1)1/2 +1/2 mix white and brown rice
2) Black beans
3) Barbacoa
4) Extra Fajita veggies
5) Fresh tomato salsa
6) Corn salsa
7) Cheese+ Sour cream
Add a large guacamole on the side.
Get a bag of tortilla chips at the closest store.
When you order it in person you get more food. I make burritos most times as we get a great value for the price.
This also makes great nachos to share.
When I order chicken I change up to.
1) Chicken
2) white rice
3) Pinto beans
Everything else same as above #4 on
When you order like that it is a great value and best meal possible for this type of fast food.

I needed to get some chips and guacamole for a get together for the football game and heard I could stop here to get some… And I am so glad I did! The guacamole was fresh and tasted great and it was smooth enough to make a dip great. The chips were also fresh. Everyone loved them and it was a great party!

Wife went in to order two burrito bowls and two drinks. She went to fill the drinks and was told the receipt and meals were in the bag, gets home and…. one bowl, no receipt.
She returns to the store to get the bowl, person making the food behind the counter tells her he remembers throwing out a bowl, then they proceed to charge her for another bowl because they never gave us a receipt and they couldn’t figure out how to look up part orders, even though both the cash register person and the person making the food both remember making and charging for two bowls

Smells like sewage as soon as you enter. Same as Thornton Pkwy. location! But this location smells better away from the counter, but the worker added ice to the machine, then it also smelled like mold/mildew after! I recommend Comerce City location! No smell! Faster,tastier service!
