So I usually enjoy this location. However today I went and ordered a large texas double whopper meal with a large onion ring and my daughter had a kid nugget with an onion. I was informed today that they only get one onion ring sauce with a large order and charge you for the rest and the one lady at drive through was a little snarky. I do like burger king but because of this experience I will not be back.

The place was not busy. 2 people ahead of me maybe 5 in drive through. Everyone in drive through had to park and wait in a parking space for someone to bring their food out to them. I was here over 20 minutes for 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 fries.

It been a while since I have eaten here we was greeted at the door and The place was very nice and clean. I order the number one with cheese extra tomatoes. had to send back because there was no cheese or my extra tomatoes and it was cold after giving Burger King try after try sadly to say as of now I just think I don’t like Burger King anymore

Fresh, hot, and delicious Whopper meal with bacon added, large onion rings, fries, and top it off with a hot fudge sundae for a side cool treat. Serve was excellent. The facilities were clean and the atmosphere was calming and relaxing.

The last two times I went through the drive thru at this establishment the employee taking my order and money was extremely rude. Even tho I got what I paid for She got my order wrong and then she acted like it was my fault that she didn’t get it right. She needs to get the chip off her shoulder. Horrible customer service.
But despite that, the guy that actually made my order was very friendly and the crunchy onion bacon burger was very good.

We ordered a Bacom Double cheeseburger meal and a chicken sandwich meal and it took over 20 minutes to get the order. The lady working pulls you up immediately without double checking your order, and then you wait. She told us she accidentally gave our food away , was going to make it again for us. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I go back in the store to see what is taking so long. She proceeded to say she was alone , this after I watch her send someone on break. I get that late nights don’t need a full crew but apparently this one does since it takes so long to get your food

Typing this review while waiting in the parking lot with multiple others who also went through the drive through and were directed to the parking lot to wait for food. And I guess hairnets in the kitchen aren’t really enforced based upon the hair in my burger’s ketchup

One of the worst locations. Last time i was here they guy behind the counter was asking every customer if they wanted a job because he wanted more time off. There is always some strange problem at this location always something strange
