I’m beyond frustrated at this location. I’ve been vegetarian for over 8 years, which is why I ordered a crunch wrap from the veggie menu. however when I got home and started eating it, I realized there was meat inside. this isn’t just a small mistake.. for someone who doesn’t eat meat for dietary and personal reasons, this is really upsetting. I specifically ordered from the vegetarian section to avoid this situation. I can understand that mistakes happen and restaurants get busy, but when customers trust the veggie menu, accuracy is important. please take more care when preparing vegetarian orders so this doesn’t happen to someone else. customers should be able to trust that a vegetarian menu item is actually vegetarian. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted.

Taco Bell always hits the spot! The food is fresh, fast, and affordable. The staff is friendly and the service is quick even during busy hours. Love the variety — you can always try something new or stick with favorites. Great late-night stop and consistent every time. Highly recommend!

I went there yesterday to get food with my friend. The lady took FOREVER and didn’t understand what I wanted, she DIDNT GIVE US something we ordered after countless times of saying she UNDERSTOOD. The MEAT TO LETTUCE RATIO is honestly LAUGHABLE as well as there LETTUCE ISNT GOOD. To top it all off I DIDNT RECEIVE a FORK or NAPKIN. So after around 15 mins after finally placing the order the end result was Taco Bell GOT MY ORDER WRONG and didn’t give proper UTENSILS that should COME IN EVERY BAG. I usually love Taco Bell but me and my friend feel like we wasted 35 dollars on stuff WE DIDNT GET nor DID WE EVEN FINSIH BECAUSE OF HOW WRONG IT WAS. Really disappointed me taco bell and this is really close for you guys to lose a loyal customer:(

Not only has Taco Bell raised the prices around 20%, but they also started giving pathetic portion sizes. Pretty much no fillings inside any of the items I ordered. This has been the case the last few times I went here so it does not appear to be an accident.
