There were empty spots in the buffet the whole time, when I asked when they were being filled, they said they were out and nothing would replace it. This was during dinner at about 5:45 p.m. . They closed half of the dining room to the public which is also shown in the pictures. Every time we go here and find a problem, all we get is excuses. In theory this should be a great place to go, but they often miss the mark. One time we went here and they charged our card 4 more times than we used it the card, and they wouldn’t answer the phone cause they dud it to a bunch of people !

I would literally give this place no stars if possible but since every loser now a days gets a trophy I guess that’s what this place got! First off went through the drive throu for a famous bowl fill up box and a 1 pc breast combo. First off each 5 dollar fill up comes with a cookie. But no guess what they forget once again! Then realizing I hadn’t received a fork I then had to go back to the store almost half way home back to wbl. I’m extremely dissatisfied with Calvin how do you fall asleep the manager and how he has treated issues in the past. In my opinion this place should either be shut down or a new manager should be taking over. This has happened on several occasions now. No fork, no napkins, barely any gravy and they are always forgetting my meal comes with a cookie. Come on It’s not rocket science it’s frying chicken.

This place is only getting worse. From employees treating customers like trash, to managers making excuses for their behavior. The latest however is the skimpy amount of potatoes and forgetting gravy. Don’t waste your money here.

WORST STAFF!!! Rude and no brains! Stood at the counter 15 minutes before we were approached by someone who seemed very annoyed we were even there. Over charged us, we corrected that. All four of us sat down and they bagged up our food and alerted us our food was ready… I said does it look like it was to go??? Then they put it on a tray and come to find the entire order was wrong!!! Meanwhile other customers were having the same problems. The cashier threw a fit and said we’re getting refunded and to leave.

It seems every time I come to this store. Something goes wrong. I pay for Cole slaw. I get none. The order is always wrong. I ask for regular chicken. I get super crunchy. There wasn’t any chicken strips so no sliders. No Cole slaw tonight. I love Kentucky fried chicken. But this place is really turning me off 7 out of 10 times it tastes like they dumped a bunch of salt in it.!! Like tonight I can’t hardly eat it. Because it’s greasy and you can tell they didn’t clean out the old grease that’s why it taste like a salt factory.!!!! Changes Need to be done to fix all those problems. You can see the grease in the chicken. And the black from being in the grease to long. I couldn’t handle it any more. I didn’t want to complain. But to many times. I will bring every thing with me. All the nasty greasy chicken.

Right when we walked in, you could see their buffet which looked like it had been out all day. Veggies dried up and stuck to the pan, corn was fully dried and shriveled, mashed potatoes looked several hours old. We didn’t want the buffet anyway. Once we ordered we went to get drinks and sit down, at the table with lids and napkins, you could see a couple dead flies in the floor. Most tables were dirty, the floor looked to have not been swept in a couple days. Their were two other people eating inside and the drive threw was empty, so not sure why the place was so dirty when they had several employees in the back who could have wiped a few tables. Someone eventually came and wiped a couple tables while we ate, but they skipped several of them also. The food was what we expected for a fast food place, the 3 stars is basically from the lack cleanliness. It was disgusting.

Normally pretty good service, but not tonight. Placed a large order and asked, between the two girls at the window screwing around, if my order was complete. They assured me it was so I left and made the trek home. Upon arrival at home I discovered that my order was not complete. I had to go back into town to get the rest of my order and once again I had to wait for the two girls at the window to stop their fun time to get my order.

Ordered food through the drive thru, they told us to pull off to the side because it would be 10 minutes, that 10 minutes turned into 30 minutes and we had to walk in and they said it still wasn’t done. We had a very simple order and they were giving other people the same things we ordered even though they ordered after us. Not only that the worker was VERY RUDE. Asked for our money back but they refused and wouldn’t even compensate for waisting our time. I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in our food because they seemed so frustrated with us. Never going back to the Forest lake location. I’m not one to write reviews but this place was honestly the worst experience to have.

I have never seen such poor service. 25 minutes waiting for two simple meals and still nothing. Several others were waiting as well and only those at the buffet got food. Asked for a refund and went to their competitor and had fresh, hot food in 3 minutes. Also noted that the store wasn’t very clean either. If this was the KFC in Duluth it would go out of business fast.
