I ordered the 8 piece chicken for $9.99 special. I got 4 legs, a thigh and 3 breaststroke. It wasn’t breaded very well at all. I probably won’t buy chicken from there ever again. There’s a place close to me call Ross’s and they do more of a broasted chicken. It is a much better chicken and it might be a little bit more. But a value isn’t always a value at KFC, especially when quality is lacking!

The air conditioner has been out all summer here and whoever’s job it is to make sure it’s running hasn’t been doing their job, I think they should be fired. I’ve talked to people and they said they have sent the proper paperwork over to have it fixed and nothing has been done. It’s appalling to see a mega chain restaurant like this can’t even afford to fix the air conditioner and their employees are in the back sweating over the food in 85° weather and who knows how hot the friars are cooking the chicken.shame on the KFC name SHAME! …. I called corporate hopefully something is done.so since my last visit they added a fan to the dinning room. I asked a employee about it they said the manager bought a couple fans one for dining and a few for the cooks. You operate a multi million dollar franchise and can’t afford to fix the air conditioner?. I can only imagine what things are blowing into my food rite now…

The cashier was very rude. She could not count back how much money to give me. She rushed pushing the amount into the register and then didn’t know how much to give me back from $10.10 for an $8.09 bill! This generation…smh. I tried to help her instead of her getting her phone out to use a calculator. Sadly, she should not have needed help for that small transaction. I understand wanting to be sure. However, she should have waited for me to hand her the money before tapping and amount into the register. So instead of accepting help and learning something, she proceeded to be rude and tried arguing with me. The manager heard her and apologized to me.

Usually I don’t have an issue with this location but today the wife and I grabbed food on the way home and about 20 min after I finished my food I felt sick, and there was a taste of metal left in my mouth. I haven’t left the bathroom for a while. Don’t know what changed at this location but I hope they fix it.

I used the drive thru and the service was fast and friendly.
