Pretty typical fast casual place. Cocktails were surprisingly tasty, and the food was filling, but not blow your socks off good.

1st time for me. Food was great! Staff were okay. But we had to wait 10-15 mins for a table for two. Place wasn’t full, and tables were open to be sat at. We ordered our dinners right away because we had been sitting for awhile and very hungry, and didn’t want to take a chance on how long it would take to get appetizers. I was told theirs only one cook temp on tavern dubble burgers cuz of how flat they are. But our burgers still were very good. We both ordered another batch of bottomless fries but only received one batch, so we just shared. We will be returning in the future, maybe sit at the bar. About 15 people walked in after us and had to wait too, so we had gotten their in good time. After seeing A Quite Place at Randolph movies , this was a yummy dinner.

Brought my family to Red Robin in the South Shore Plaza for dinner on a Wed night. The hostess seated up right away and told us that our server would be over in a minute.
We had a look at the menu waiting for the server. The only other people in the room was a couple in one booth next to us and a single child in another.
We waited about 5 min and didn’t see anyone. Then the server came into the room and started to clean the other tables. She then brought the other table something, and then proceeded to clean the tables again. She went over to the child sitting by himself and spoke to him then proceeded to clean more tables.
We were really starting to wonder what was going on as she was totally ignoring us. She kept cleaning the tables collecting dishes and glasses. She then went over to the child again spoke to with him and then again, proceeded to clean the tables, walking right by us with not even a word.
This whole episode went on for about 5 minutes so we were there for a total of 10 minutes without even a “I’ll be there in just a moment”.
I told my wife and family we’re leaving as I was really shocked at the lack of service in every way possible. This is something I’ve probably only done one other time in my life, just walk out before getting served.
I still don’t know why we were ignored the way we were. I do know that we will never, ever go back to this restaurant.

Showed up yesterday only to discover the place permanently closed, sign removed and totally cleaned out. Must have happened fast, since there was a 5 star review left only one week ago! Going to be a pain to use my gift card now…

Great burgers! I stopped in for lunch, where I was quickly seated by the host, and greeted by a fantastic server. The food was hot and delicious. The service was quick and friendly. I felt like every employee was working to make sure that I had a pleasant experience. I was even greeted by the manager, Natasha, she went out of her way to make sure I had a great meal, and I appreciate it. Give this location a chance. You won’t regret it.

One of the worst experience I ever had the displeasure to have, the food was cold , the refills didn’t ever come, the order took Forever, the order was wrong … they even brought another plate of fries Cus the first one was cold and old …. the cheese burger I swear to god was cold ….!!! This was our first time to Red Robin. My wife and I went on Memorial Day at around 3;30 the place was empty. Three other customers in whole place, it took over 15 minutes to be seated. Remember the place is empty. When we arrived at our table we waited another 15 minutes for the waitress. 30 minutes in to this now. Bad sign of things to come. Waitress was very unfriendly was interested in chewing her gum. (Reminded me of flow) Now my wife and I wanted to start off with some drinks. The waitress said I need to see some I.D. that is our policy. I’m 54 my wife is 58 I had I.D. with me since I was driving my wife didn’t. She wanted a Margarita really bad. The Waitress said sorry you can’t no I.D. No drink so she had a glass of water. I had a $9.00 glass of beer. It took over 20 minutes for me get my beer. Waitress was busy taking to a friend. (Remember place is empty 50 minutes into this now) we ordered our food two Master cheese burgers with bottomless fries. Waited another 30 minutes for the food to arrive (1 Hour and 20 minutes into this now) this was a very disappointing visit to Red Robins. In the end the burgers were good no bottomless fries since our waitress was busy talking to her friends. Spent 2 hours and 30 minutes on this horrible visit. Would I recommend this place to anyone NO, would I return NO. Thank you Red Robin. The worst service.

I wish I had the options to give this place 0 stars. A friend and I went there yesterday and we waited not even 10 minutes to be seated which was great. We were able to order somewhat quick but drinks took forever to come, food as well. Both our meals and appetizers were cold and undercooked, never received any drink refills we asked for, our waitress checked on every single table but ours even though she saw us trying to wave her down multiple times, also had the audacity to roll her eyes when we left and not say one word to us. Do yourself a favor and never eat at this Red Robin, we wish we waited the 45 minutes it would have taken to eat at the Cheesecake Factory.

The worst Red Robin experience that we’ve ever had.
It took a few minutes to get noticed standing at the front and another eight before we even had our waitress come by to take our order. My food was messed up, I had asked for a lettuce wrap but received a sesame seed bun and no lettuce at all, I got about ten sweet potato fries which were shriveled up and cold and had cinnamon and sugar on them instead of salt, I had ordered an additional side of broccoli which I had to remind the waitress of because they still hadn’t arrived even after we finished our burgers. My husband’s burger patty was half the size that it should’ve been and got, no joke, a piece of bacon the size of a quarter. He also got only a couple of cold fries. The water we order never showed up our entire visit.
Our waitress was rude and dismissive and mostly absent. Other people surrounding us also got their orders incorrect. Needless to say we will not be going back to this location.
