I placed a mobile order. I pull up to the drive thru speaker and they took like a minute to answer. When the cashier does answer the speaker she says “what can I get for you”. The cashier seems very unpleased with her job by the tone of her voice it was just monotoned. The food was ready when we got to the window. Fries were fresh but the sandwiches with condiments looked like the bottles exploded on them. We didn’t put extra sauce and it wasn’t even an option while ordering. This was just one of the sandwiches. Also the bacon could be precooked but you still have to freaking cook it.
I’ve been here before and the sandwiches weren’t slathered with condiments.

This place has become disgusting, overcharged and cheap.
I came here within the last month or so, and I ordered 2 whopper juniors and a lot of fries and a coke icee.
Problems:
1. I was ONLY given exactly four ketchup packets and ONE ranch packet, and was told I’d have to “pay extra” if I wanted more.
(I ran out of sauces about 5 bites into my fries and ate the other 3/4 of the fries with NOTHING)
2. The food was terrible, and I was shocked since I’ve been going there for years and NEVER was the food this bad but something’s changed.
The 2 whopper juniors I ordered were cold, the burgers were half as small as the tomato on the burger AND they tasted just like a soy (meatless) burger.
Fries were cold + definitely cooked in old oil, and the ONLY good thing was the overpriced coke icee I got.
3. I also got charged almost double what I paid when I ordered the SAME exact meal, at this same location two years ago AND the burgers were actually larger then, tasted like meat and not soy and the food tasted much better then).
Good thing:
The Manager on duty (female) seemed very cold and didn’t even smile or thank me when I paid BUT the rest of the staff I communicated with were very kind and warm.
I’m planning on never coming back to this a Burger King period, and possibly never going to one ever again. I would have wrote this review sooner, but my life has been so busy.

Worst and sketchiest Burger King I’ve ever seen. Waited 22 minutes for a number 1 order. There were no condiments set out and the bathrooms had keypad locks on them. Don’t even bother trying to get the codes for them however as there are 2 employees working, so they’ll never be able to help you. All while their soda machine is out of syrup too, so you too can taste brown carbonated water with a hint of sugar.

This is the absolute worst Burger King in all of Colorado Springs AVOID at all cost. I have been using this Burger King for near 10 years now. I live close by so its just convenient for me. The last 2 years it has been an absolute joke. If I was the franchise owner I would be embarrassed and ashamed to have my business associated with the Burger King brand. They are super unprofessional, have zero drive, don’t pay attention to customers consistently getting orders wrong. I keep trying to give them a second chance but nope it keeps getting worse and worse. Today I went at 2 PM and there was barely any other customers in the place and it took over 25 min for my mobile order. Come to find out another customer had my mobile order. I could understand things happen during a big lunch or dinner rush but for this kind of stuff to happen at 2 PM with 2 other customers in the place is unacceptable.

Honestly the food wasn’t the best, it wasn’t hot at all, barely luke warm. We spent $25 so it was quite a bit of food. Although the food wasn’t the best I have to give 5 stars for Kade he definitely made the experience. His customer service and willingness to just go above and beyond for customers shows he really does care about the customers experience!!! He definitely needs to be in management!

The South Academy location is where I had my meal. I chose to Dine in. Huge mistake. Overall the dining area was aboslutely disgusting. Tabels not wiped down, nor was the soda machine. I wioed my table down with a chlorox wipe. One swipe the wipe was totally black. Took 3 wipes to get a clean result. This location needs to be looked at by the health Dept. Service was terrible. I watched 3 enter and left after 6 minutes. Didn’t even make it close to ordering. Value your health ??? Don’t go there.
To the owners…. come on folks, get your act together…
