Purchase at least 2 hams per yr always have it delivered. This past Christmas we did a TC pick up. Worst ham EVER! Completely black with honey coating burnt off, pic is right out of the packaging! The co. says it has to be taken up with the TC store and corporate sent them a message regarding my complaint never heard anything…will never go back and didn’t order from Honey Baked Ham for Easter!

I would give Honey Baked Ham Company raging all 5 STAR reviews. However, I have to say that the ham on the sandwhiches are sliced way too thick! If someone wants to add anything extra, it all slides out, due to the thickness of the ham. I would highly encourage to provide and/or offer shaved ham for the sandwhiches. (or even extra thin sliced.)

First of all the service was spectacular! The man was friendly and shared his knowledge with us to help us choose the best ham for our needs.
We moved from the Phoenix area to Michigan 4 years ago. We bought honey baked hams for holidays and for our employees every year. Moving to Gaylord, we missed that tradition, until now. We just recently learned about this place. Woot!

Love the food and the place. Nothing bad to say about the help. But I went there with a $9.00 coupon and ordered a meal and it was over $16.00. Plus the cookie is no longer part of that. I’m officially done. You can’t keep using inflation as an excuse. It’s tiresome. Good knowing you.

I really enjoy the food but I unfortunately will never buy a family meal again from here, I used to always get the 4 person dinner. 2lbs of meat and 2 sides. Now for some reason I’m paying more for the 4 person dinner now with only 1 side. I understand inflation but don’t charge me more and take away from what is supposed to be a 4 person meal. Not a good feeling at all.

The ham is absolutely The Best ham. We love the food here. Not just half or full hams and great sides, but excellent sandwiches either to go or eat in store. We stopped in for lunch in early Jan 2020. The staff is great, very friendly and polite. The food is fresh and a fair price for the quality. Our sandwiches were wonderful, real honey baked ham, large pieces on fresh bread. Perfectly made ham salad with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Stop here every visit to Traverse City.
