I ordered inside the store 2 cream 5 butter pecan and cold foam. She handed me my coffee without the cold foam so I said something she took back gave me cold foam then after I left I realized it was pumpkin not butter pecan. I was the only one in the store at the time. 3rd time this has happened here. Never coming back.

The lady who spoke at the drivethrough was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! @Dunkin, please make a note of such employees. She was a frustrated employee.

We asked for latte and she got frustrated because we didn’t say hot or iced until she asked. We could send that in her rude tone. Then she complained that we were taking time, but we LITERALLY took 30 seconds, and she ended with a rude tone and said BYE!

It’s incredible how places like Starbucks have exceptional customer service but Dunkin has these kind of frusted and untrained employees.

They didn’t have want we were loking for however they did have other holiday snacks that worked out good. We went thru the drive thru so am not sure about the inside. The service was fast and nice- funny.

The morning crew absolutely suck. I’m not much of a morning person when I wake up. And my thought process isn’t always with me right when I wake up. So when I accidentally say the wrong thing but I correct it at drive through speaker. Doesn’t give the employee the right to say “you gotta get it together” like. I’m still waking up just as much as you are. Also. One of the first visits I made there they made my coffee wrong and she said “I watched her melt the sugar!” With a snappy attitude. Like. Customer is right. Especially when they see they’re sugar isn’t melted only reason I keep going is because it’s the only one open on my way to work.

They had the front door barricaded with tables so you had to use the drive through (probably so you couldn’t see how filthy the store is ALL the time) when I got to the window I asked who owned that store as there were ZERO signs listing the owner and the employee basically told me none of my business. They have some of the absolute WORST employees I have ever had the misfortune to come across, I have tried to make previous complaints at this business but the manager is not willing to hear anything you have to say! I’m not sure who owns this one or the ones near me in Lebanon NH, White River Jct VT and Queechee VT but I can tell you they’re all FILTHY with some of the most revolting staff I have ever seen! I used to go to DD at least 8-10 times a week but now if I go once every other week it’s a lot, I’m pretty much done with them. Corporate allows these dives to operate so they reap what they sow.

The drive-thru employee is incredibly rude. She yells at you if you make a mistake ordering and rushes you when you’re trying to place an order. I came back to give her the benefit of the doubt, but I guess her behavior confirmed that I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to this location ever again. I suggest she finds a job that doesn’t involve customer service. If I was the head of this location, I would have fired her a long time ago. So, warning to future customers- DO NOT come to this Dunkin’s. If you do, I wish you the best of luck.

Food is great! but last time I went it was over cooked. Great service and fluent with there English so I knew what they were saying but the atmosphere was bland because it’s such a small place.

I come here maybe once a week and I’ve never had a bad experience. It can be slow but they’re nice people.

I think the way sun hits the store/drive-thru might cause irritability for some. For some reason, the sun feels extra hot right there

Going through the drive threw this morning, no one else around. I ordered a donut and a drink. They got the donut wrong and the girl in the window got huffy and dropped my change on the ground. She brought me the correct donut and tossed at me. Here is what I got. Looks like she licked it

Put in for a cup of coffee in a donut and they have the cleanest restaurant are seen. Bathroom’s clean as a whistle Display case was fantastic as a couple pictures below drive-thru line to Breeze kind friendly and funny. FYI this has been remodeled and should be company’s standered going forward. Bar none
