If it had not been for Nicholas this store would have gotten 0 stars. I get an email from dickeys that read about pulled pork sandwich with drink 5.99 or another sandwich with drink 8.99. So I went in to this dickeys & asked about the special & was quickly told No, you have to order online.
So I was ordering online & it said it wouldn’t be ready until 6:15. So I’m standing there waiting & there is no one waiting not were they making any orders. They disappeared.
Nickolas comes & ask me if I’m waiting on an order which I replied yes. Then he asked what was the name in the order & goes to make my order.
Nicholas was 5 stars. The rest if everyone was 0!!

First time I’ve been to a Dickey’s in years, great selection of food. Prices very reasonable, food was excellent. I will be going back, I wish I would have gone inside instead of going through the drive thru.

I have found Dickey’s to be quite good for a fast food, BBQ concept. My first time at this location, and was a bit disappointed they slushed my entire meal together on one plate. They guy taking my order was looking down and mumbling, so I figured he was talking into his headset. Nope, he was agitated when I did not answer him. The woman cashing me out was also too busy looking at receipts to bother making eye contact with me.
Anyway, I like my sides in the separate portion cups like most Dickey’s do. And they have no onions, pickles, jalapeños or sauces out like the other locations do. I would have asked the cashier for extra sauce but she gave me the vibe that she did not want to be bothered. Maybe nothing is sitting out because of Covid?? But even that wouldn’t make sense cause there are three bottles of ketchup and one bottle of hot sauce sitting out to share among every table.
I just think this proprietor cuts costs.

I ordered 2 meat plate and 3 meat plate but I received both 2 meat plate meals beside that I am happy with food and awesome quick delivery to front of my hotel. $52 included delivery fee plus tips for 2 meal with a lot of side it is really awesome.

We have reps that order food for us from this location( I am assuming since it’s only 5 minutes from my job) but I will never eat Dickey’s again. I found a dead roach in my salad and I almost vomited because I didn’t see it until after I ate some of the salad. This is the 2nd time this has happened to the staff at my job.

Had a great brisket burger here. There was no option for Iced tea but the owner was kind enough to provide (since I purchased drink). It was a little extra service but helped and reminded how small service goes long way. I will come back here because it made the whole experience positive.
