I came in sunday Jan 25 of 2026 with a bunch of my friends I got food at down with my friends and we talked a little bit. Later I went up and got a shake after finishing my food and the person at the counter let me know to tell my friends to be shure that they are not throwing things into the trash can from the table. She said that she saw one of them throw a straw at the trash and miss. One of us did do that and I apologized for that and went and told them not to. Later then one of my friends went up to get a drink refill and came back to the table. Later an employee came up told us that we were throwing things into the trash and getting drinks and told us that we had to leave. we did leave but at fast food places everyone gets refills on there drink. I don’t why they didnt let us do that and I thought that that was an invalid reason to ask us to leave. Overall the food was good but I am disappointed in the fact that they kicked us out. My friends and I go iut to eat every sunday night and we went to arbys that time and will not be coming back. The staff seemed like they did not want us there. That Is the official reason as to why I think they kicked us out. Some of them seemed like they did not want to be there.

got two sandwiches and 1 drink and it costed $20 just for my sandwich to be wrong and have nothing to eat during my road trip. Id really love to be able to get a free sandwich but I will not be back at the location since I do not live nearby. such a disappointment for how much it cost.. feel like I lost out on a chunk of cash.

Who ever is working today 2:20pm. Gave me a wrong order! I asked for an angus cheesesteak and they give me a plain no cheese double roast beef sandwich!? When i clearly said angus.. and i had to go back for my jalapeño bites, taking up my break time.. this was not worth $17.47. I’m so disappointed because I’m spending my hard earn money and you can’t get an order right.. I won’t bother going back just gonna toss the sandwich. Will not be going back.

Spent 20$ . Had to wait for “fresh” food. Only item that was at proper temperature was my jalapeño poppers. Curly fries past the fried food window. Club chicken sandwich. cold. Late night customers deserve good food and service too.

Just bought a Jamocha shake and beef n cheddar. Told her it wasn’t Jamocha as it was white, not chocolate looking, and was told it was. It is NOT. I’ve been drinking Jamocha shakes for 20 years, and I know what it should taste like.

We’ve never had poor service here. Always friendly and when a mistake was made with our order it was properly fixed. The only critism I have is the inconsistency of the “neatness” of the sandwiches.. don’t appreciate my top bun slid halfways across my beef and cheddar…its messy. Also whats up with the hours on the window sticker? Not open Thursdays
