I always forget about this place. The food is really terrific. Huge indoor seating area and nice outdoor patio. Great bar. Haven’t had anything on their menu that wasn’t good. Portions are reasonable though pricy compared to other chain restaurants with similar menus. Problem is their service. Waited almost 10 minutes to get water. Dirty plates weren’t taken from our table. Had to wait 10 minutes after we were ready to leave to get the bill, then they wouldn’t come back so we could pay. I’m hoping we just had a server on an off night and we’ll give them another try but if that’s their MO their service is going to put them out of business.

Best thing is the diverse menu. Great options of entrees, salads, sandwiches etc. The many times I’ve eaten here it has been flavorful, with fresh ingredients. The waitstaff is very pleasant and does a very good job. It’s also a very comfortable setting. The lobster bisque, oh my God, the lobster bisque. Price is in the neighborhood for what you should expect to pay. Certainly one of the best restaurants in this neighborhood.

First time at walnut grill and was quite enjoyable. Basic table fare that was executed well. I had a cesar salad, swordfish with baked potato and brownie dessert. The Kentucky mule (a little overpriced) rounded out a very nice meal.

We had the chicken spiedini specials. Very generous servings but not as good as they looked. I also had a glass of wine; I noticed the wine glass was cracked and pointed it out to my waiter. He just brought me an empty glass rather that a fresh pour of wine which was disappointing.

This meal was to be made gluten and dairy free. I am now hoping I dont wind up with anaphylaxis. It sort of heading that direction right now at 3:06am the next morning. For my safety, I will never eat there again. Food allergies are serious. They kill when not taken seriously. My resting heart rate is in the 80’s-90’s right now.

They always do a fantastic job at takeout. We had family in from out of town and needed to grab something fresh and easy, but local. This hit the mark. The staff is very friendly and the food is outstanding. I always go back to the wild mushroom chicken. We ate at the bar a few weeks ago. Love dining here, but takeout is also always done so well. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. The food is great the atmosphere is easy and the staff are friendly and attentive. The prices are what you would expect from fine dining. A nice glass of a special reserve bourbon is 13$, but its sooo worth. People are people and sometimes make mistakes please be kind to the people working in food or really any one working.

Went early (530) on a Saturday evening with kids. Service was slow but it wasn’t packed. We got the impression our waitress wasn’t to thrilled about having us in her area. Once food arrived asked if everything was good and then didn’t see her. Had to flag her down for refills, to get bill, to pay bill. We weren’t impressed with the food either. Club sandwich was dry and boring. Dry Rub wings were unique–not bad but not great. Kids meals were alright. Great location for us, but don’t see a return visit in our future.
