Ruby Thai Kitchen is a great place if you’re looking for lots of food and variety. The buffet-style options make it easy to try different dishes, and everything is flavorful and filling. One of my favorite parts is their boba tea — they have lots of flavors to choose from, and it’s always refreshing. The portions are generous, and there’s something for everyone. Definitely a nice spot to eat when you’re hungry and craving Thai food with a good drink on the side.

The food was decent, but they messed my order up. They accidentally gave me spicy chicken instead of the not spicy chicken that I ordered. Then, when I took the uneaten food back because I cant eat spicy food and wanted it replaced, the guy working had an attitude about it. He behaved as though replacing the food I paid for that they made incorrectly would cause them bankruptcy or something. His attitude was completely unacceptable. And it was really disappointing because the food was good. He needs to work on his customer service.

Absolutely one of my favorite places. I eat lunch here at least once a week and it is out of my way from the office but well worth it. Their Tai Grilled and Spicy Bangkok chicken with fried rice is so good. One of the best places to get good food and not spend a fortune.

Let me start by saying the service was great the staff was friendly but the food was terrible, the chicken was soggy tasted like it had been there for a while. The crab rangoons barely any filling and they give me a little Thimble full of sauce (Which had been WATERED DOWN SAUCE) which you can clearly see,to match the barely existent crab rangoon filling.Plus the spring rolls were beyond greasy and disgusting, Terrible

Service was friendly enough, but the food was awful. We both got what they called chicken pad Thai and both dishes were inedible. The “chicken” was horrifyingly grey and I bit into a nickel-sized chunk of bone on my first bite. I know it’s mall food, but the price was higher than what most sit-down restaurants charge, so we expected quality. Lesson learned!

You know, if someone is spending well over 35 bucks for multiple people at your establishment, then asking for a refill on only one of those drinks, it’s a terrible business practice to charge 50 cents to refill something that is basically almost free for you to produce. You saw me pay with card 20 minutes earlier. I come up, ask for a refill after spending money countless times at your place, you say it’s 50 cents, which is weird enough, but after I agree and you fill the cup you then tell me you can’t take card on 50 cents. Uh, then don’t charge? Now you’ve lost a customer that typically are there at least twice a month when I’m at the mall. All because you charge for something that almost no other restaurant does, including most in the food court. Also, you filled up the cup before telling me you couldn’t take card, so now you’ve wasted your 1 cents worth of syrup, along with hundreds of dollars over the year I normally would have spent. Good job, great business move there champ.

The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Every dish had that perfect balance of spices that makes Thai cuisine so enjoyable. The customer service was decent. The overall atmosphere was pretty good as well, with a clean and inviting space that made the meal all the more enjoyable. If you’re in the mood for tasty Thai food, this place is definitely worth a visit.

The food is not fresh,it is nothing like the similar restaurant at Jefferson mall. They give you a small portion of meat and my egg roll was unchewable. I work in the mall so I gave them a try, never again. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I gave them my hard earned money! You live and you learn
