Put in a mobile order for a burrito a bowl and a bag of chips along a side of cheese. We did not receive the chips and no kidding literally less than half a cup of cheese. Then we look in the bag and the burrito (which is small) is starting to bust out of the wrapper and we opened it and the tortilla was ripping. So I go on the app to try and resolve the issue only for it to tell me it couldn’t help and to try again later so I do it again just for it tells me it’s already resolved the issue……..

Every time I order something to pick up at the drive thru, the bowl is barely full. Like what’s going on with your employees ? Especially the ones at the drive thru window ? I can’t spend $13 + just to have this little bowl in my face. This is unacceptable.

Food on my quesadilla was very little especially the beans and rice, quesadillas are usually bigger last times I’ve went and on the bowl I had a free coupon for double chicken and they proceeded to put not even a full scoop of protein only half of scoop, wouldn’t recommend it here if ordering online

This plac is fine if you go in the store but if you order online they screw you on the amount of food. Paid for chips and queso $7 before tax and tip and this is what they send me. Are you guys hurting for money that bad that you think this is $7 worth of chips? The bag is basically empty.

The worst experience and always leaving me boycotting Chipotle. Ive reached out to customer service. I cant believe this Chipotle is allowed to remain in business. The staff is SO rude! They are mad if they have customers which is wild bc it is literally their job. They dont acknowledge you when youre standing there waiting for 5 minutes with no other customers in line. They are in the back talking about customers directly in front of them. What type of Chipotle is OUT OF CHEESE?! Loll Never have grilled veggies. Have an attitude when you ask them for ingredients. Literally will never go back and probably not to any Chipotle. If this type of service is acceptable it isnt a company that will get my money.

I’m not picky at all, very easy to please but this place was the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had nationwide. I ordered for pickup and arrived to the fast lane window right at my designated time. I sat there and watched 3 different employees completely ignore me for 10 minutes. I finally tapped the window and the guy says that no one was working the drive thru. Told him my name and he claimed my order would take an additional 10 minutes to prepare. I asked to speak to management and when he arrived he explained that the whole staff is working to help the customers on the inside. I state that it would be nice to hang a sign or at least acknowledge folks are at the window to direct them inside. I finally received my food 30 minutes after my order ready confirmation time and it was horrible. The burrito was super small, hard tortilla with undercooked rice. My chicken bowl had meat that was not fully cooked. Manager is pictured alone … no remorse for the lack of customer service, just happy go lucky with a store full of agitated customers. Employees need to be trained on basic courtesy and how to greet customers. I could visibly see customers frustrated on the inside and bringing back incorrect orders. Spent over 40 bucks at this dump but it will be the last time.

I placed an online order that cost $50+ to only receive a portion of my food. And to get home to find out I have no chips or dressing. Tried calling the location but can’t get through. This is the worst service. My order is missing lettuce, cheese and sour cream. Not to mention the portions were small with very little protein.
1⭐️ is too many! Chipotle get it right. But by looking at your review comments it’s obviously your company does not care. I suggest people stop going to this location until they get their stuff together.

We live six minutes from this location, and by the time that we picked up our order through the drive-through (we were inline maybe 3 minutes) and got home, the food was terribly cold. When I placed the order online, I could not use my rewards, even though it let me add the rewards to my cart. The guy at the drive-through was rude and dismissive when I asked him about how I add my rewards to my cart when ordering online. Food portions were terribly small, and as I mentioned were cold. I would not recommend this location if you were going through the drive-through. You may have a better experience going inside and monitoring how they make your food. They are very skimpy on the portions. Burrito was the size of a child’s portion .Overall, I would not recommend this location. Terrible customer service, terrible food quality and terrible experience. I tried to write customer support and couldn’t submit the complaint because the site gave me an error. Tried to take a survey, same thing… error.

This Chipotle should be packed given its location. I can see why it is not, however. I watched the service person wearing one pair of gloves operate the register, pull drinks out of the refrigerator, serve pico, corn and handle cheese with those same gloves. When I asked her about it, she blew it off and ignored it. I love the food at Chipotle, but I have to say, I am so disappointed in the management of this store. It’s always dirty and then you see what I just saw. I would pick another location if you want to ensure the safety of your food.

This will be my new chipotle spot from today’s experience; everyone was in a good mood and it felt light in there. I’m one of the people that doesn’t like cilantro because it tastes like soap; which results in me asking for plain rice. I was shocked when I didn’t have to explain myself and that I wasn’t met with a cold answer/attitude from the workers when asking for rice without cilantro. In fact, one of the girls said “you’re like me, I always get plain rice too..”! She was SO nice, they all were. All I have to say is I was greeted with a warm welcome when I politely asked for rice without cilantro, so I’m rooting for this spot from now.
