Amazing food, atmosphere, everything. The tortilla soup and West Coast sandwich was the best! Blat sandwich was awesome also.

Not sure why others are commenting such negative reviews. I don’t feel the food is bland. It’s not a gourmet restaurant. It’s a quick sandwich and soup. It taste wonderful. The customer service is top tier. They will do their best to make it a positive experience for everyone. I’ve been a couple times and each time I’ve gone I’ve left very happy. They are always fairly busy but the food is coming as soon as I sit down after getting a drink most of the time. It’s fast and a great place to sit with friends and family. Really amazing place.

A nice sandwhich, salad, soup, and gelato shop. Everything we had was fresh. My husband informed me when I thought the price was a bit steep that it was actually a good price for a real restaurant instead of a McDonald’s (I guess I don’t eat out enough…) The employees were very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very comfortable and more spacious than I expected. They have a lot of seating inside and a small patio area in the back that was mostly shaded. Overall, it was worth going, and I can see us going again.
Small caveat: You need to tell them what condiment to put on the sandwhich (if it is the diy) it doesn’t come automatically.

I was highly disappointed to find the pick 2 no longer includes a cookie and chips. This was the beauty in the pick 2. I paid $14 for half a sandwich and small cup of soup. Chicken salad sandwich was delicious but the broccoli cheese soup was orange, tasted like the burnt layer on the bottom of the pot and had a layer of oil sitting on top. 2 pieces of broccoli in it and mainly tasted like chicken broth. Pretty much paid for soup juice.
I love Stone Mill but I will no longer purchase from this location due to the ala cart implementation and the poor quality of soup. If the other locations have not gone ala cart, I highly recommend the Bentonville location go back to the way it was. People will talk and you will lose business I assure you. Really disappointed…

Awful! Rude service as soon as we walked in. The person taking my order acted bothered we walked in. The place is nice, spacious and clean. But when food was delivered, the guy basically dropped it on the table and then just walked off. Our food was NOT good. I ordered the West Coast Special and there was nothing special about it. A cold sandwich with hardly any meat. My mom ordered the chicken salad. It was soaked in mayonnaise and the chicken salad itself wasn’t good. She could hardly eat it. The oatmeal cookie was Ok. Overpriced for what we got. Won’t be back.

After reading reviews I was excited to visit, the food was good but not as good as I was expecting. My grilled cheese sandwich was kinda basic and the tomato soup as well. The price was fairly high for a small cafe. We don’t get to the area very often, we’re only in the area for doctor visits. We live an hour away so we like to get lunch in the area. We’ve tried to other spots in the area that were quite a bit better and easier on the wallet.
If we’re in town before 10:30 am we’ll probably give them i try for breakfast. We’ll probably choose somewhere else for lunch.

Worst food I’ve had in a long time! How does this have such good reviews?? Beyond bland!! We got take out because my husband didn’t want “hotel food” but this was no better than hotel food. The potatoes were bland with no seasoning whatsoever, the eggs were the weirdest looking and tasting (I’m hoping I don’t get sick) – it was so disappointing to have spent over $40. Fast food would have tasted better and been less expensive. Would never eat here again. :/

First of all The food was very good and the service was adequate. I was very shocked when I got my bill for my lunch. I ordered a BLT sandwich cup of soup and a soda and the cost of my lunch was $26. I think that is an absurd price for a sandwich and a cup of soup after $26 the screen came up and the wanted a 18 to 26% tip I won’t be going back to Stone Mill bakery only because the price is exorbitant.
This was in person. Not on door dash

Only giving three stars because of the excellent customer service. Food was just very..blah. I had high hopes for the chicken salad but I had to put mustard on it because it was just soo bland. Chicken dumpling soup wasn’t terrible but, again, no flavor. Oatmeal cookie was decent.

Came during lunch and I loved the scripture on the front counter as they took my order. Of course new staff so had to repeat several times what I wanted but no biggie. This particular location wasn’t terrible but the Fayetteville location is definitely better.
