The order was wrong and when I called back to report it, the cashier insisted that I didn’t request the exclusion of mushrooms and broccoli in both my dishes. I even double checked before he brought the dishes out and he confirmed that it was correct. Mistakes happen, but it is more important how you resolve them . The cashier hung up on me. I won’t do business with Eastern again.

I’ve patronized this place on and off over the years but have come to realize it is in fact one of the best Chinese carryout places in the area, not much room to sit and dine but then normally people take out anyways, but I would definitely say that the food is delicious the employees are very nice

I went to pickup a carry out order for 3 people the other day. They were busy, and I had to wait a bit to get served, but hey, it’s a carry out! I received our order, paid the man and brought it home. We all enjoyed our meals, I got the Vegetable Lo Mein, and it was tasty and filling. We will go there again.

I ordered fried chicken for a carryout order and they gave me flavorless fried fish. They had an opportunity to cancel my order or ask if I was ok with fish instead but they said nothing, took my payment, and gave me what I didn’t order. Done with them.

Terrible. Disgusting food. Tasted horrible. It used to be a good spot now its just deplorable. Their prices have gone up and the food quality has decreased. Its like they didnt care anymore for repetitive business. Food feels like theyre cooking it with no passion or they have changed their ingredients. The combination rice has 99.5% rice and 0.5% meat. The rice feels tasteless. Been a customer for 9 years not returning anymore.

This place has been in the area for quite a while and over the years and very much recently, it has gone down hill. The food isn’t the same quality, the staff isn’t friendly and the service has gone down hill. They have even gotten to the point of only giving you one pack of soy sauce to go with a large order of food. SMH. This last time, my order was messed up again by forgetting a part of my order. It’s a true let down that they no longer serve the community at the level they used too. I wouldn’t recommend this Carryout. There are others in the area to get the same thing that will appreciate your service and your money. Didn’t mention the young guy placed my card on the counter instead of back in my hand… I’m done. I will never come back there. Lesson learned….

I really don’t give it 0 stars because it’s not possible but I ordered a meal at 3:44 and called at 4:30 just to find out how much longer it would take for my food to arrive and because I was very hungry and the man who answered told me that I should cancel my order because he didn’t know how much longer it would take for my food to arrive and because they were very busy and had bigger and more important orders than mine, meaning they made me wait almost an hour for my order to finally tell me that they would cancel it and they really are a 3.7 star restaurant I can’t expect anything good from this place, (it was my first time ordering here)

We got one order and called back a minute after to add something to it. They ended up delivering extra food that we didn’t order that was worth over $30. My roommate paid not realizing what happened, and I called back trying to get a refund for the food we DIDN’T WANT. The woman said she would call back later after she checked what happened. She didn’t call back.
I called the next day asking what happened and she said that we got all the food, and paid for the food. I tried to explain that we didn’t WANT nor ORDERED any of the extra food. After yelling at me for two minutes she said the delivery driver could come back and pick up the food and give us a refund.
After a full day??? What would they have even done with the food? I asked if I could check if we still had the food and call her back, to which I tried to do, and she hung up immediately.
Horrible service. Not worth the effort.

typical chinese carry out. Only thing I dislike from here is the hot and sour soup. It lacks flavor, but everything else I’ve had is good

My family and I love their food (NH Ave Eastern) and eat their take-out at least once (sometimes twice) a week. My daughter loves the chicken wings and we all like the pork lo mein. Favorite entrees include the orange beef, garlic shrimp, sesame chicken, beef with scallions and onions, and the 8 jumbo shrimp and French fries from the American menu. The wonton and hot and sour soup is great too.
