Sandwiches are amazing! I recommend the seasoned hot sub! Or the cold sub with extra honey mustard. Workers did not display urgency. Quick with no wait! I recommend asking for worker Da’Niyaha. Easy conversations and if not wanted, quick and easy work ethic, professionalism and culinary excellence. Cookies are good every once in a while.

I had the pleasure of being helped by an incredible employee named Daniyaha at Jersey Mike’s, and I can honestly say it made my whole day. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude. You can tell she really cares about the customer experience.
Not only was she super friendly and attentive, but she also made my sandwich with such care and precision—it looked just like the photos (and tasted even better). She moved quickly without ever making me feel rushed, and even took a moment to double-check that everything on my order was perfect.
You don’t always come across employees who go above and beyond, but Daniyaha absolutely does. Her positive energy and professionalism set a great example, and she’s a real asset to the team. I’ll definitely be coming back—not just for the great food, but for service like hers.

I went to get a sandwich on my lunch break after a hard day of dealing with people and my energy was drained and I was on the verge of bursting into tears! But because of Kaelyn’s AMAZING customer service I really felt like someone cared that day and it’s very hard to find good customer service like that nowadays!! Jersey Mike’s Port Allen team you have a real gem and great person on your hands!! She’s definitely a keeper 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

I visited the Port Allen store and everything was amazing. I ordered a sandwich from the grill and Niya B. made the best sandwich. Niya is always smiling and talking every time I come in the store. The only problem was the ceiling leaking on the counter. Overall 10/10
