Steak fajita tacos werent bad for a hotel restaurant. The rice was exceptional, beans were fine and the guacamole was a little too wet for me. Jad wings earlier in the week and did appreciate the size and the BBq and thai chili sauces. The margarita was delicious with a sugar rim!

Asado seafood and grill is in the Hilton hotel which is now a post covid restaurant. We have decided to go see how it is you seat yourself so we were told the restaurant is divided in two one part is from breakfast and lunch and the smaller section is dinner only. I assume most of the food is ordered by hotel guests as room service. We had the chef special which was Asian stir-fry Red Snapper. I was very good but I don’t this this will be an everyday option on the menu. We also ordered the steak with mashed potatoes. It was not worth the 32 bucks I paid for it. It was tough even at medium rare. The other appetizer was fried spinach tasty but it just sautéed spinach and butter the good thing is the sides are not expensive like the over priced steak. All I can say is if your in the hotel and don’t know the area and this is all you have then yes eat here but the Asado Seafood and grill will go on my one and done list of restaurants. The customer service was great!

Stayed here on business, didn’t want to get back out after an early travel day. Ordered grilled chicken, rice and asparagus. Was really good, service was great and probably one of the better hotel food options I have had recently.

I attached a photo but I accidentally turned my container sideways coming back to the room. As I got the food to go but it did not affect the taste…

I had breakfast here.
Service was slow….first I had to find the setter this meant going in the back – ridiculous. Then I asked for a diet coke took forever. Placing the order guess what slow.

Never once did they check to see if I needed anything finally I finished I waited 10 minutes and he never came back so I got up and left.

Don’t go here unless you are bored or have time to just sit.

Maybe im being a little bias because our server was from our home town (EL PASO)…. But truth be told the place was great the atmosphere a little chill but it was a Sunday night so thats expected…. but the flavor and the quality were beyond excellent also the cocktails were amazing and it made for a great date night with the wife… would definitely stop by again.

The staff was great we were late making it to breakfast but the hostess advised that we could go ahead and have breakfast from the buffet or we could go ahead and order lunch. We ordered lunch. Pepe was our waiter. He was awesome attentive, and friendly. The Customer Service was awesome, even my daughter was like Pepe needs a raise he was awesome. The food was awesome and everything was cooked to order.

Sat in Asado for dinner. 5 minutes later my friend, Neil, sat with me. A few minutes later, a waiter shows up and asks if we were his VIPs. After some confusion, we realized this wasn’t a welcome. He then explained the tables were reserved (no signs) and that we couldn’t sit there. Neil then asked where we could sit and received a flippant answer about tables available on the other side of the restaurant.

We sat down and waited for another 5 minutes. Then the bartender yells to us from behind the bar that we would need to order at the bar. This is a nice steakhouse, not a honketonk.

The first guy should’ve apologized for the confusion. He didn’t. He also should’ve made a point of bringing us menus and explaining the requirement that we place orders at the bar.

Also, the bartender could’ve come out with menus and talked to us. “I’m sorry, but we’re short staffed (or whatever the reason) and I’ll need you to order at the bar.”

Expensive, but convenient. Wait staff can be hit or miss, same thing with the bartenders.
