Where do I start, I just came back from the beach and was absolutely starving. This is the first time I’ve been at this rest stop and was very happy to see the shake shack. The service was very fast, the place was very clean and holy moly this meal made my tip cry. The burger was so JUICY and the fries were delicious and the milkshake was amazing. 10/10 life changing burger and overall experience.

This location is $13.00 more than Brick (not including tax) which is 15 minutes away, they don’t honor the free burger promotion, and they don’t have bbq sauce. With the free burger, our meal would have been $23.00 cheaper if we stopped in Brick. The food was good, but it’s not worth the convenience of it being on the parkway, which is the only reason it’s more expensive. Just stop in Brick if you are heading up the parkway or drive 15 minutes south you are traveling down the parkway.

This is the perfect stop when coming or going to the Jersey Shore. The burgers are a bit pricey but worth it for the quality and taste you receive. The only con I experienced at this location was it was a very long wait for our burgers. There were about 10 people in the kitchen area and it seemed like just one person cooking. The food did come out perfect which is always a plus!

I had takeout that my partner brought home for me,so I can only comment on the quality of the food. I was happy to see a healthier alternative menu, but my vegetarian burger was horribly salty and it was not wrapped by lettuce but laid on a soggy lettuce leaf and topped with a couple of leaves of Romaine, more salt-bomb fried onions,a slew of raw onions. Not a pleasant experience. Maybecthecshakes are good.

Came here on a whim for lunch. The line went relatively quick and the employees seemed to want to hurry the food along for the customers. I got a double shack burger with fries and a vanilla milkshake. The burger was incredible and had amazing flavor. The shake was delicious too, however the fries were average- nothing spectacular about them. 100% recommend the shakes and the burgers though

First time in this service area. First time having breakfast from Shake Shack as well. The counter was very clean. I have to admit I HATE fast food places that only have computer screens to place your order. I like dealing with another human being!
Food was fresh and perfect temperature. HOWEVER it took FOREVER from the time I placed my order and the time I received it. There were only two people ahead of me so I don’t know why the long wait.

Tried this Shake Shack along the Garden State Parkway rest stop for the first time. It was past 8pm when we visited and there was no waiting in line to order. Kinda disappointed to see the serving size of the cheese bacon fries. It was smaller than what I used to get from another location.
