The food was amazing barbeque! Everything was fresh! The staff were so nice and friendly. The manager always remembers what we want and has it all put together for us. Even the lady who brings out the hush puppies makes us feel like we’re her family. The manager puts a lot of care and attention into our whole dining experience and now we want to come after church ever Sunday!

I ordered a brisket sandwich combo with Mac and cheese and was asked what size sandwich I wanted and referred to a bun chart and chose the large sandwich. A few minutes later my order was ready and I had to speak up about the brisket portion. I suggest you charge more and make the portions right if it’s a cost issue.
However the manager was very nice and offered to add more meat and gave me double the portion. The food was good. I think the brisket was real good. Thank you for accommodating me. Food good, employees great, portion dubious. ♂️

As a brisket lover, I would advise DO NOT GET THE BRISKET!! I had a brisket sandwich and the meat was the chewiest I’ve ever had, so disappointing. What was good were the fries, hush puppies and chicken. My goodness that chicken was smoked to the Gods; juicy, tender and falling off the bone. It smelled like the old-time smokehouses where you just knew there was an old guy in charge that had years of experience. But, as a bbq joint serving such poor quality brisket, I can’t rate higher but am willing to try other menu items. The staff was very friendly.

The food was over cooked but had decent flavor. Manager was rude I told her the coke tasted funny and she said with an attitude she just changed it. I wouldn’t recommend that place for the price go across the street to the western sizzler

Buddy’s BBQ in Cleveland, TN absolutely exceeded all expectations for our wedding! Their team went above and beyond to make our day stress-free and unforgettable. The food was incredible every guest raved about it, from the tender pulled pork and pulled chicken to the perfectly seasoned sides. You could truly taste the care and quality in every bite.
A HUGE shout-out to James, the manager, whose communication, professionalism, and dedication made the entire catering process seamless. He was always quick to respond, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. His drive to grow and represent Buddy’s BBQ’s Cleveland branch is truly commendable. That man needs a raise! It is clear this location is in great hands!
On top of the top-notch service and mouthwatering food, their prices were extremely reasonable, especially given the quality and quantity provided. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I am giving this Cleveland Buddy’s Bbq location 5 * for the quality of the food and especially the prices. Always has generous portions and the Tuesday dinner special is the Best. Always good customer service and it’s always clean and Great atmosphere. Their Hot Fudge cakes are delicious!

We are regulars at this Buddy’s location, the service is always fantastic and the food is always great! I like the rib dinner and my wife always gets the smoked chicken wings.
The mild sauce is very balanced with a nice tanginess.
