Delicious ribs, sausage, potato salad and mac and cheese! They’re open until 12am on weekdays and 2am on Fri-Sat…who does that? Nobody but them!! They had sold out of brisket so I look forward to trying theirs out on my next visit. As great as their food was, their world-class customer service is what stood out to us! Brent and Casey are great guys and treated us like family. No doubt about it – we’ll be back!

The truck is a little hard to find, but it’s right where Google says it is. Just a little parking lot with some trucks, picnic tables, etc. Look for the Christmas lights on the gate.

I hate a wild goose chase. I’m in Texas for food & Corvette Shenanigans. We were so excited to try some great Texas BBQ, but the truck was not to be found. We even stopped to the gas station to check our directions. The hours were not Updated on Google. Best of luck finding them in the future!

Stumbled upon this gem at Lakeline mall by chance. Y’all this Midwest BBQ had me questioning my loyalty to my own Texas BBQ that I’ve grown up with! We were able to eat damn good food that you could tell was made with love. I’m a very picky eater but was so impressed with the brisket. We actually ordered more food to go for our family at home. Brent was also great to talk to. To sum it up good vibes, good company, damn good food! This place will now be the reason for me to go to the mall.

It was my first time trying the food here, and honestly it was too much for me. The owner is a sweetheart the food was food it could have used a little more seasoning. I came after the owner had a huge party he has to give they wiped him out, so what he made me was all he had left. I was stuffed after 7 bites this food gave me the itisss it was so much food for little old me and I can eat the leftovers tomorrow. Sweetest thing ever I will come back to enjoy some wings!
