My son recommended we stop at Joe’s Pizza since we pass by often on our way to his haircut, and I’m so glad we did. This family-owned restaurant has been serving Grand Rapids for over 50 years, and the quality speaks for itself. The pizza was exceptional! Easily some of the best I’ve had in the city. I can’t believe I’ve lived here this long and never tried it before. A solid 10 out of 10. We’ll definitely be returning.

I was in Michigan two weeks ago visiting my son and we ordered pizza. We were quoted 45 minutes for the delivery. After calling twice, the lady at the pizza shop said that they had a driver that they had problems and complaints with before. He showed up just shy of two hours. I’ve called the shop twice to get a hold of the owner and he is not there. It’s been two weeks with zero response back. Poor service. There are plenty of other pizza shops to pick from

Lady that worked was rude, complaining she can’t hear on the phone and is disabled , yet has no problem talking trash to a mentally disabled person. If you are deaf, use a special phone. Accused me of laughing at her on the phone when I was placing my order giving her my information while playing with my grandson, I explained to her that was not the case and when my son went to pick up the order, she proceeded to call him names , me names and act way out of line. Gotta say if I was there the police would have took me out. Need to hire a better class of people, been going there for over 30 years, but with people like her, I’ll take my business elsewhere. She was delusional.

Ordered an 18 inch pepperoni from them tonight and liked it a lot. Good sauce and peps, good amount of toppings. Just the right amount of grease. Will be ordering from them again sometime.
