When my mom called to let them know, the manager immediately became defensive, raising her voice and saying things like “you’re wrong” and “I’ve never had a complaint on my food.” I stepped in to explain that we weren’t trying to argue, just to share our experience, and that we would even be willing to bring the food back since it was untouched. Instead of handling it professionally, she told us there was a no-refund policy and continued to be rude.
At first, we weren’t even asking for a refund—we simply wanted to let them know about the poor quality. But the way the manager spoke to us, as paying customers, was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. As a business owner myself, I understand that complaints can happen, but customer service and accountability are everything.
It’s also clear from other feedback that we’re not the first to have issues here, so to claim there have never been complaints was just untrue.
My favorite was the Viet spice, but every flavor we had was good. (Soy garlic, habanero, and the most spicy one- I forgot the name)
We also tried edamame (garlic), and fries. Both were good, but the edamame was fabulous.
Viet coffee was super, boboa lychee drink was great… everything we had was fabulous.
It’s a cute casual spot with tables for large families if you need.
Staff was very friendly and helpful for choosing wing flavors.
Will definitely be back to try more!
Garlic Noodles tasted like they were boiled in seafood water and were just oily. Do not recommend, but they were firm and boiled well. Boneless wings (garlic parmesan cream) were large but flavor was less like a fusion and more of a mesh. With a different dry flavor (like lemon pepper) they may have stayed crisp, but with cream sauce, the fried batter was soggy.
Ordered 5 Bone in honey bbq wings. They didn’t disappoint. Hot, crunchy and full of the bbq flavor. As for the fries piping hot and crunchy.
If I’m the area stop by and treat yourself
