The food was good , but be prepared to spend a little more than your average fast food restaurant prices. The atmosphere was brightly lit and the walls were decorated with a variety of local flare. Plenty of seating, with outdoor dining tables as well. The ordering counter/area is rather small. It’s obviously still very “new” as it took awhile to place the orders and some things were missing on my burger, but all in all it was a good experience and the burger was tasty. The cinnamon roll was warm and delicious .

Literally ordered one item today and it wasn’t right. Missing onions and cheese, lettuce was bad/old.

This was our first time at this location. We went during lunch hour and it was packed! That’s a good thing, means the food is good. A waitress took our order, gave us a number, and we sat down. When the food was finished, they brought it to us. People walked around with trays and asked if we needed condiments. All in all, it was a surprisingly good visit for a new restaurant.

This location was opened in Feb 2025. We came in at shift change, and had Al wait on us. Very patient and friendly young man. We were excited to get 6 of the collector cups. Burgers were fresh, hot & delicious. Bathroom was clean & stocked with paper.

Food was prepared wrong. Was home before I noticed. Had to wait but they just opened and were slammed which is fine. The staff was very friendly also. I’m glad I checked the burger as I have a mustard allergy and it would have resulted in a trip to the hospital. Not a good start for a place I was really looking forward to…. and not driving across town again to get it fixed. Oh well
PS: I put fries on my burgers which is how I noticed in the first place. So if the pic looks weird that’s why

I’m from Texas and have been to a lot of Whataburgers, but this is the first one where my taquito had a toasted tortilla. The fluffy crunchiness made it sooooooooo delicious.
Now I’m angry that all the others hand out basic tortillas that were obviously warmed up on a hot plate.

I was one of the first to do business at this location when they opened. I also contacted What A Burger at the first of 2024 requested that they open a location in New Iberia. I have been doing business with What A Burger for years while working in South Texas.and thought they were Best Burger out there. My wife and I were so disappointed in the Management and operation of the location that I told my wife I would not return until they get it together. I notice the parking lot was almost full. Tried it again. The management must have fired everyone and brought in a Texes crew because they were very good. Like the way it should have been in the beginning. Thank you

I already did the survey of the morning at 1am of the 30th of March to say… The food was terrible. Not hot! Chicken was so tiny and so tough you could not chew it. Toast was cold, burnt with no butter and the gravy was cold and gelatinous. I am from Texas where Whataburger is a staple chain in nearly every town with fresh made to order food. Not here. I requested my money back and was told to contact the store. No one will answer. Make this right.
