Did a mobile order. They had no soda, and couldn’t give us a refund because the app. Whatever, frustrating but they have no control over it. We settle for red Gatorade (it’s super watered down) and the chicken bowl all the chicken was super tough and burnt. The chicken was so hard my husband thought it was steak. The food was bad, didn’t get the drinks we wanted and the drinks we did get weren’t right. Ridiculous

They don’t consistently fill the tacos with meat and the grilled steak burrito tasted like barbecue on our last visit, likely because they cooked the beef too long? Not enough ice in the warm tea and the soda. The middle aged female server at the drive thru is pleasant and the surroundings are clean. If this TB served up consistently good food, we’d visit a lot more often.
*We started back at TB because Taco Mayo doesn’t put meat in their tacos either. Maybe need to go to the food truck down the street or, better yet, Senor Lopez more often.

So me and my friend get off work late and go in taco bell all the time after 11. Last night we went to go in at 11:01 and the second we walked in the workers rudely told us the lobby closed at 11. There was no sign to say so and we had went really late the other day and have never been kicked out. Went through drive through and our cheesy roll up was barely filled and what little cheese that was in there was only half melted and the tortilla was hard like it had been sitting out for an hour. I would give it a 1 but our coworker has a pretty friend who works there and also Jeffrey Jr works there so they each get a star. Edit: this place is so lazy. Most times I go here they mess most things up or put barely anything in there.

We came here for dinner, it’s been years since we’ve came to a Taco Bell so it was time I guess. The parking outside is decent enough. We were the only customers inside.
There is no greeting here, no smiling faces, no one at the register. They have no interaction with the customer at all now.
They have about 5 monitors with credit card machines beside each. This is where you order and pay. All the employees were back in the kitchen where you could barely even see them. So if you want to talk to them you have to go through the drive through. We couldn’t tell them that we don’t want guacamole or that we wanted soft shell instead of hard.
Our son said you can edit your order on the machine so we must’ve just missed it.
The food was good, there’s just no customer service. I chose to have my receipt printed and they didn’t even give it to me, just called our name for the order then disappeared back into the kitchen again. I hope all places aren’t going to do this monitor thing.

was just visiting in a hotel for a couple nights and decided to get taco bell and it was one of the best experiences i’ve ever had. they are generous with what they put in their tacos and burritos, like genuinely i had one of the best cheesy gordita crunch tacos ive ever had in my life. tbh i might drive from stillwater to here to get my taco bell from now on.

There was a very rude person I encountered at the front counter and it took him forever to even come to the counter in the first place, so absolutely terrible customer service and completely rude… I will be recommending nobody to this Taco Bell because of it and will not be coming back as a customer any longer…
