Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol’ griddle. Weve found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo to vegetarian & vegan or dairy free & gluten free friendly, we’ll happily accommodate food allergies & diets. We want each morning to feel like your weekend & happy hour rolled into one, so our restaurants feature a full bar with alcoholic beverages. From mimosas to bloody marys, margaritas & local craft beers, we’ve got cocktails & brews covered!
Vibrant, retro chain serving a seasonal menu of creative breakfast & lunch fare, plus cocktails.

We had an early Wednesday morning and decided to stop into Snooze for the first time around 8 AM. The vibe is very retro, fun 60s/70s energy with a bright, welcoming atmosphere. Since it was early, it was nice and quiet with plenty of open tables. We were greeted right away and immediately seated at a table with more than enough room for my daughter’s wheelchair, which I truly appreciated. Accessibility always matters.
I ordered the Bella Bella Benny, an Italian twist on Eggs Benedict. The cream cheese hollandaise reminded me a bit of Miracle Whip. My first bite caught me off guard and I wasn’t sure about it, but as I kept eating it grew on me and was overall good. Taste is subjective though, and personally I wouldn’t order that particular dish again. That said, the presentation was beautiful, easily five stars there.
I substituted the hash browns for a bowl of fruit with pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries, and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh, colorful, and flavorful. With a black coffee and water, the total came to $24, which felt reasonable.
Our waitress Ashe was phenomenal. She had such a great attitude and genuinely made me feel like a VIP. The atmosphere and staff are five stars all day. The food was good, just slightly off from my personal flavor preference this time.
I will definitely be back. After ordering I spotted the corned beef hash on the menu and that is already locked in for next time. Looking forward to it.
Loved the Benedict and strawberry shirt cake. Also the lavender lemon has a great cinnamon twist if you’re looking for that.
Both arrived rather quickly and wow, it was fantastic. I love the way the hashbrowns are in a circle and the placement of everything else was good! Of course it was delicious, but consistent too. My waiter was friendly as well.
Would definitely come back.
Our server was great super nice. Their patio is right in the sun way and it got quite unbearable with it right in your face.
For those that don’t eat egg the menu is quite limited. Wish there were a couple of clearly marked vegetarian or vegan options.
I ordered the Garden Harvest Omelette. It was delicious with fresh plenty of fresh veggies. I loved the arugula and spiced pepitas. The kitchen does a superb job! Cici and Erica at the bar were so kind, warm smiles and speedy and outgoing customer service. My second visit Joshua took great care of me; proactive in predicting my needs. The breakfast burrito was perfect, savory and very filling. I would definitely come here again whenever Im in the area. Highly recommended!
Before even going in, I called ahead to make sure it was safe for me to eat there. A manager got on the phone and thoroughly walked me through their gluten-free and celiac protocols, which immediately made me feel confident. When I arrived and sat down, our waiter did the same thing again without hesitation.
They have a separate toaster specifically for gluten-free bread, so you can actually have gluten-free toast. They also offer gluten-free French toast and pancakes and let me tell you… the food was so good! The gluten-free pancakes did not taste gluten-free at all. And if you’ve ever had a gluten-free pancake, you know exactly what I mean.
What truly blew me away was the attention to detail. When I ordered a latte with oat milk, they proactively told me the oat milk was not gluten-free because the brand they source grows their oats next to wheat fields. How bonkers incredible is that level of awareness?
I was beyond impressed by the care, transparency, and training across the board. This is how it should be done. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend Snooze to anyone who needs gluten-free options and wants to feel genuinely safe while enjoying amazing food.
