First time coming by, the customer service was actually very friendly the ladies were patient and attentive. We had a couple different items, the half chicken with the sides the food was not super salty, tastes very fresh and chicken was very soft. We also ordered steak torta it was nice and size and had good amount of meat and avocado, beef was soft not chewy comes with season fries. The order of the Gordita’s was nice plated comes with good amounts of meat also with lettuce and avocado the only thing I didn’t really like was that they were fried and part of them became too hard and it made the tortilla part hard to eat. We ordered the limonada which was delicious tasted so fresh and not like artificial limonade, the horchata tasted very smooth and not overly sweet. We will definitely be trying different things so stop by and give them a try!

I’ve been to chicken pullita multiple times and I’ve been attended by these nice young ladies arli,Mareli and Mia the customer service is top notch they deserve a raise!! And the food is amazing it’s taste fresh and homemade everything holded up to my standards will definitely not be going back to pollo regio !

Starting of by giving Daniela her warm & friendly personality compliments … she took orders … clean the tables and asked Us guests a second time if we needed anything or a drink… which we did but because we usually drive over during lunch drinking coffee we say no .. on drinks but it was apparent to Daniela that we actually did need a drink … but because we already started eating and we have a short break we didn’t get up for one … but Daniela come over and asked us if we like to order anything else and we all said Orchata pls and Daniela said don’t get up I’ll bring them over … and as a business owner myself .. I believe that the hardest task is finding employees that back the managers in every way possible.. I’m new here from San Diego and La pollita is definitely one of my go too places where the pollo is moist flavorful and perfectly grilled into it reaches that perfect color on parts of the vibrant crunchy skin .., La pollita is aromatic wood-fire juicy tender grilled pollo that everyone must try … and it’s Accompanied by great service..amazing flavor.. and I know pollo because my family is from Colima Mexico and we also have it down like religion when it comes to making a pollo taste amazing… thank you for ur warm hospitality Daniela and happy holidays and marry Christmas to everyone at La Pollita … the teamwork here is positive and absolutely & On point excellent ♾️♾️♾️

Good customer service order came out quick but the tacos where not to my liking tripa was not crispy was chewy asada pollo regio much better at. Asada and pastor just need to stay away from pollo regio late night they get lazy and close up shop before time
