We had lunch at your restaurant today. I gave low ratings for the food and service in the survey. I realize I may have been too harsh, and I would like to apologize for that.
What upset me was that the salad was forgotten, and that the steak had some tough parts that were impossible to chew.
Otherwise, everything was wonderful! The onion soup was very delicious, and the sangria was refreshing. The staff were polite and tried to smooth the situation over, even offering a dessert as compensation. I’m grateful to them for that.
Once again, please accept my apologies — I truly didn’t mean to upset anyone.

The service was absolutely wonderful – the staff is incredibly kind! I wasn’t feeling very well, but our waitress kept smiling, checking in on us, and making sure we had the best possible time. At the end, she even asked how I was feeling and brought me some sweets, saying they always make her feel better and she hoped they would help me too. It truly made my day.
The food was also delicious and very fairly priced. Highly recommend!!

We were the only one for an early lunch, so we cannot really rate the atmosphere, however the manager was lovely and attentive, the food delicious perfect steack with a glass of Dalat red, and my fav roasted garlic.

This restaurant was an amazing experience for me in Vietnam. The food was authentic, well-balanced in flavor, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special compliments to the chef Kieu — truly talented and passionate about cooking. This place had great food, service and atmosphere! They had a three course soup, steak and desert for $12 Australian that we ordered at it was absolutely delightful! We were surprisingly completely full with just this and didn’t require anything extra. The red wine sauce was delicious and the soup and desert was just the same. Very reasonably priced considering the service and atmosphere. Will be back again!
