I really enjoyed the food here. They were very accommodating to our bigger group and I loved that the dishes were meals I wouldn’t think to make myself, and all had a great twist. Everything was super filling also even though at first glance portions may appear small! Would definitely go back

We went to Casa Carbone in Aurora this evening for dinner, and wow… just wow! This restaurant came highly recommended by my son, who had been there the week before for a friend’s birthday—and now I see why.
Run, don’t walk, and treat yourself to pure Italian cuisine. Everything was absolutely delicious, and I already can’t wait to go back and try more from their menu.
We started with the calamari, shrimp, and smelts—all perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavour. Then came a fresh Caesar salad, followed by pasta dishes that were just incredible.
This is officially my new go-to local restaurant. If you haven’t been, you need to try it. And if you have—well, you already know what I’m talking about. And I’m Italian, I know great food!
And a special mention to Vince, the owner. He is so warm and personable that by the end of the evening, it felt like we had known him for years.

I recently celebrated my mom’s birthday at Casa Carbone, and the entire experience was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We ordered pasta, pizza, and the fried lasagna (appetizer). Each dish was absolutely fantastic. The food tasted beautifully homemade with rich, wonderful flavours that made every bite memorable. The service was impressively quick without ever feeling rushed, and our server was attentive, friendly, and professional. Even the owner came over to spend time talking with us, which added such a genuine and thoughtful touch to the celebration. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both incredible food and such warm hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience! We cannot wait to go back.

The steak is sooooo good, as well as the squid ink pasta.
The only dish we didn’t enjoy much is the deep fried smelts – we found it fishy and the taste was plain. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Had a wonderful meal at Casa Carbone tonight – gnocchi and lemon gelato. The restaurant makes most of their food themselves so they really know what they are serving. As a person with a food allergy, I was very appreciative for how accommodating they were. The bread they serve was outstanding. I highly recommend the lemon gelato. It has olive oil drizzle and sea salt, which really makes it next level. Who knew?! Looking forward to eating here again the next time I am in Aurora.
