My daughter kept telling me about this place and how it compares to other food places in the area. The staff was super! The selection was on the smaller side but still good. The portions were great, the meat was delicious! Unfortunately everything else in the bowl wasn’t spiced as much, wasn’t bland mind you but just not as spiced. They gave me a bowl of the queso and that was delicious!! We will definitely go here again!

I ordered for pickup and came in and it was very busy. I had no problem waiting a little bit however the behavior of the two employees was absolutely repulsive. An older couple had just ordered and went to go sit down to eat and there were no Forks in the lobby. The elderly woman proceeded to ask for a fork and the female got really snarky with her saying you could have waited a minute I’m really busy or something to that effect. The lady said I just asked for a fork. The gentleman at the counter said remember that face we will not serve her again.
As he was making my order, he picked up a telephone call that appeared to be very personal as he stated what do you want? He then proceeded to be on the phone for 5 minutes. It was extremely busy in there. The worst part about this is he’s picking up the phone and he’s touching things all over the place with his gloves on and then going back and touching food without changing his gloves. Overall it was a horrible experience and I will never go back there again.

Fresh food and amazing service. Thank you to the crew here. Liz converted me to become a Qdoba customer. Free queso and guac is just insane. I don’t know why I had never been here but it’s not my last. Food tasted so fresh and now that I signed up for rewards expect lot more visits here. Thank you all especially Liz

Put an online order if at 5:30 and it said the order was going to be ready at 6. Arrived at the store at 6:12 to pick up my order. Waited in the store until 6:30 when I asked if my order was ready. The cashier said yes it is, would you like to bag up for your food? I said, yes, I would like you to bag my order up. Cashier responded to me to not be rude and said we are clearly busy so don’t be rude.
Went back and forth and a co worker stepped in and apologized. I started to leave and a different employee said something else to me and I turned around and asked “what?” And was told I was being rude again.
I am staying away until different management takes over. Oh, and my online order was made incorrectly.

Food is good, but the woman on duty the night of 1/23/2026 was so rude to her fellow coworker. At one point, she ripped the sour cream bottle out of his hand, and aggressively pushed him to the side. He was so sweet and very calm, but she was not professional at all.

I see what people mean when they say the manager is snarky and rude… She is!! Also since when do you not have to wash your hands before putting on gloves and touching food. Not to mention only one person was wearing a hat and that was the young man running the cash register… Taco shells were crusty on the edge steak was dried out and not flavorful or juicy at all didn’t waste my time asking for a remake with how rude the manager was. Only redeeming thing about this whole experience was the cute avocado tattoo the manager had.
