They have them good ol’ totras de burria. Added a crispy taco biliria along with my totra to satisfy my needs. Meat was tender, taco was crispy fresh. Good stuff at this location thanks.

When plans change and it’s a good thing.
We were originally going for Indian food, but they were close. We drove around to see what was available. I’m not sure how we went from that to birria, but it was worth it.
Area : located at the heart of HP next block from Gallo Giro. Has its open parking lot with plenty of parking.
Inside:
Pretty simple layout. Enough room to feel comfortable. Music is playing.
Food: We got a mixture of everything. I went for the taqutios de brirra. Never had them like that before. Amazing! Flavorful. My spouse went for the classic tacos, and we shared a flan. Bomb!. And all this comes with its on consome no charge. Gotta have that rice and beans. 8/10 of flavor
Service:
It’s over counter orders. Cashier was polite and well Imformed
Price: can’t complain about price. Everything we got plus our horchata drinks (7/10) everything was under 50. Can’t beat that.

Had 4 tacos dorados de birriera and it was delicious, finger licking good. Consume on point with there Chile verde and rojo salsa, awesome. Also had a mulita as well freakin good. Im glad I found this place authentic food this place know how to cook Birriera. Awesome service as well. After having this I want to order something else. Stop by if your in the area. Also some places make these tacos greasy and here it was crispy no grease.

I didn’t ask for anything special just the tacos Dorado de birria and they gave me chips for free which were delicious if you like consome you should ask for a bigger size since the one they give you is pretty small. The tacos aren’t CRUNCHY like I like them but they weren’t soggy either, kinda in between which some people prefer. Good amount of meat in the tacos and the red salsa is really good overall would eat again

I ordered door dash and they forgot to give the driver the consomé. I called and they said they will call me back but took half an hour so I had to call the back. When they finally delivered the consomé it had a hair. They did not give me back any money or apologize.

My niece and sister-in-law told me about the HP location, so I thought we(my family and I)should give it a try …not such a good idea.
Going in, I was greeted by a smiling face, which is always nice, but upon being told to sit anywhere, we like sat on the corner by the door and found a medium size roach. . I tried not to make a scene and discreetly told the cashier/waitress. She said sorry, picked up the roach, and went about her day.
Our food came out extremely fast, a little too fast, some would say. The birria itself was okay. It was missing some flavor.
Once we finished I asked the cashier/waitress if I could have a bag. She said could pack it up for me. It was then when I realized she hadn’t changed her gloves!!! She wore the same gloves when taking our order, our money, sweeping the roach up, bringing our food to us, and packing it up.
Nope, I would not recommend this place!!!

The Quesabirria Tacos are extremely good, plenty of meat, comes with chips salsa and a small consomé that is really flavorful, I’ve also tried The Chichen Flautas OMG, those are amazing the the toppings and also comes small consomé and chips too bomb

First time trying this place and i let the cashier know and they were welcoming. She recommended the tacos dorados de brirria and they were gas 10/10. I ate a burrito and it was a . solid 9. I was dissatisfied with the Horchata it tasted like gas station horchata but with a little more sugar. Horchata was a 6.5/10. Other than that the whole experience was amazing. This business has got itself another customer .

The birria tacos here are so good. Every bite is full of cheese and meat. Dipping in the consume beef soup adds even more flavor.
