El Maguey, hands down on my pick for Mexican food. Very flavorful, nice portions of food, atmosphere very pleasant. You can still hold a conversation without shouting.

Quick service, not expensive, atmosphere is good, liked the food overall too. Offers free chips and salsa, lunch menu includes free drink. Only removing one star as I have eaten better mexican food than this many times and one of the servers serving at other table seemed rude. Server at my table was nice.

The ambience is okay, even though the air conditioning was cranked so high that I was shivering before leaving. The service was good, too. On the other hand, the food is very bland, even the salsa, well below my expectations. Moreover, my food was served on fake Fiestaware with a chip in it. Not a small chip that could be easily missed, but a MASSIVE CHIP at least an inch long and half-inch wide. There is no way a reasonable person could miss it. A kitchen staff or server that would allow a plate that should be in the trash to leave the kitchen makes me wonder what else is coming out, i.e., trash-worthy food. I will go to the Taco Bell next door before I return to El Maguey.

Its looked just like any fast food Mexican place from the outside but its was beautifully done inside. Very clean interior and cordial staff. Great menu choice and reasonably priced. No wait to be seated and served quickly. Plenty of parking and spacious.

They have amazing food. The Fajita Quesadila was so definitely a 5 star experience and even though they were super busy, our waiter did an amazing job of checking in on us.
