Food was great, surprisingly! Place was very clean and staff was very kind. While there a woman lost her phone and did not know if she left it in store or elsewhere, well staff search high and low for her. And by low I mean they literally were on the floor looking under everything and even in the garbage bins. I would highly recommend this Arby’s.
Loaded max and cheese was wonderful. Not gritty like other places. The chicken club wrap was great and super full of chicken! Five star for me!

Cold mac and cheese.. I mean take 5 secs sir it and put it back in the microwave when you “make” it… also have a little pride in what you serve..or just go ahead and slop it together!!

I’ve been eating Arby’s for 50 years and this particular one was awful!!! Why are you slicing the beef so thick?? It was chewy tough and rubbery… my potato cakes were so greasy from the oil not being hot enough?? Quality control is definitely lacking won’t be returning to this location.

I went to the Arby’s drive thru today about 2:30pm. I noticed that they took orders from cars that arrived after me. I complained about this to the person on the speaker and she said after my complaint, something like “we won’t be serving you today.”

I left the line and drove the parking lot. I called and asked for the manager. She answered, I started to complain again and she said the white car was first then hung up on me.

Well the white car did pull up to one of the kiosks before I did but I had been in the other line maybe 3-5 minutes. I l had indeed been there first but apparently they go by their cameras. McDonald’s on Richland does take first come first served.

Arby’s system goes against the grain of the American way of treating people. It should be first come first served not what is convenient for Arbys

While the their conversation was civic it was rude.

The food is okay but as noted in other reviews the order is often wrong.

Worse experience I have had with this Arby’s. The roast beef was sliced too thick and a real turnoff. It tasted ok but required a lot of Arby’s sauce to tolerate the thickness of the meat. My apple turnover was borderline burnt so bad as not edible. I ordered a coke zero but when I got to the window they tried to give me a Rootbeer, which would be fine but I have to limit my sugar I am diabetic. The price ala cart for fries is ridiculous at $3.49 for a medium size although I know this is the trend in fast food now. My daughter said her roast beef on her French dip was also not tasting right to her because it was cut thicker than normal. This is the worse meal I have had at an Arby’s in the 50 years I have been a patron of Arby’s. Yes, I am that old I remember when Arby’s first appeared locally in the area I grew up in and how excited we were for them. Service was slow and hard to wait for a while to even get in the line to go get my food. I was in the drive thru line. I live 17 miles away so could not see what the food was like until got home and I wasn’t going to drive back to get it fixed. Lucky when the lady handed me the drinks she said what they were otherwise the Rootbeer mistake would not have been fixed. A very bad day at Arby’s (November 13, 2025) at around 12:15 pm.

Judging from a fast food perspective, I have liked Arby’s for several years. I like the meat options. Recently the Brown Sugar Bacon BLT returned, so I guess my cholesterol numbers are going to pop up again. “Extra meat” is always a worthwhile purchase, in my opinion.
For transparency, I now have a relative working at this location, and have heard good things about safety, cleanliness, and quality of the food.

Service is usually good for the most part, getting a single napkin can be frustrating.

Many times the food is just “warm” and sandwiches are absolutely Nothing like the ones shown in the pictures and advertising.

This place sucks anymore, never get what I ordered when we go through the drive thru, ordered a regular roast beef and a burger and jalapeño poppers and they charged me 27.00 ridiculous wanted regular roast beef and got beef and cheddar which was cold. I will never spend another dime there.
