Went through drive thru and ordered 2 meals was asked to pull up. 15 mins go by and nothing. I went inside and they didnt even know my order existed. It wasnt even busy. Manager had to ring it up again because it wasnt on their screen anymore. After waiting anpther 10mins i get a bag. No sorry just acting like i inconvienced them.. worst mcdonalds ever visited.

Driveway is one of the smallest I have ever seen. Also all of the kiosks are closed or do not print out receipts. Then they did not give me my drink and then when I asked for it everyone behind the counter ignored me. This has been consistent in most McDonald’s in colorado springs. Something needs to change. I would not recommend McDonald’s to anyone anymore.

THE worst McDonald’s in the world! Pulled up and there were Cussing employees through the drive through. And my chicken sandwich was on two burnt buns, literally black, no lettuce nothing. I couldn’t believe it. Don’t go here. Feb 27th at 7pm.

Do Not use the drive thru at this location! When you get to the window instead of giving you any food or drink they will always ask you to pull up around the building to wait for your food even when there is only 1 car behind you. And then after waiting 10-15 minutes for your food, either they won’t bring it and you have to go inside to get your drive thru order, or there will be something missing like your drink. I have had this happen at least 5 times so now I refuse to pull up and somehow they always get my food really quickly when I refuse to pull up. I’m sure the manager is getting good bonuses for moving the drive thru line quickly, if only corporate knew the line is only moving because they aren’t giving people their food. I let them push me forward today and after waiting for my food and not getting my drink, when they finally brought out my drink it was not correct!! I would just avoid this location if you need to use the drive thru for lunch!!

I am McDonald’s regular and live nearby. I keep hoping management will get their act together or corporate will step in. I have tondrive north or South because this McDonalds is the worst McDonald’s in the USA! Am embarrassment to the corporation! Took 33 minutes to get my order tonight. Sandwich was cold. Customers are getting upset. Staff stressed out. Worst run McDonalds ever. The employees need help. This is all on the franchisee and management!!!!

This place is always a disappointment but sadly it is the closest McDonald’s to where I live. I’d say more than 50% of the time my order is wrong and needs to be corrected. The staff is not very helpful or friendly. Just terrible customer service in general, and below average food. Getting refunds for screwed up orders is always a nightmare as well, McDonald’s needs a better system than having to go in person to get a refund. Can’t do it over the phone or in the app.
All around just not a solid place to go for food, would highly reccomend to avoid.

I mean, its McDonald’s, fries were fresh, which for me is the only real taste test. All the rest kind of just tastes the same. But service here was real good. I was checked on like 5 times, and not in an annoying way.

Truly , the owner of this location should be ashamed , and needs to go to customer service and professionalism class, then teach the employees the same. Worst non- caring service ever. I would like to see the owners family be treated how this location treats people who come to spend money there and how he/she would feel. But, you know it’ll fall on deaf ears , its a cash grab franchise so I get it …..

We did drive though and after paying they asked us to move up and then we waited 20 for our food while all the other cars drove around us. We had to knock on the winder 3 times and remind them we were still waiting. We only ordered 1 hamburger, 2 cheese burgers and 2 fries. Nothing special. The young lady that gave us the food was very rude and did wait to see if the order was correct, which it was not. And never mind getting ketchup. Very discouraging.
