My $20 didn’t go very far here today. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal and a tender meal, but the sandwich was a huge letdown—it only had pickles on it. If the menu photo shows lettuce and tomato, shouldn’t it come with it? Or do I need to pay extra for the “visuals”? Also, my drink was mostly ice; I think there was maybe 25% actual soda in there. I can definitely get a better, more complete meal at another place for this price
A Quick Tip for your next Chick-fil-A visit:
To get the lettuce and tomato you saw in the picture, you actually have to order the “Spicy Deluxe.” The standard “Spicy Chicken Sandwich” only comes with pickles! It’s definitely confusing since the pictures can be misleading.

New perfect location right off the West Chester I-75 main exit. I went on the opening day and the day after for dine-in. The parking lot had clearly marked signs when entering and exiting. The staff and team were very attentive and the Operator Tyler walked around and greeted many customers (myself) included on opening day!

So happy to finally have a Chick-fil-A in this area, right off of 75 across from Barnes and Noble and near IKEA. On our first visit, my sandwich was fresh and enormous. The dining room was immaculate, and the service was super fast and friendly. Got to meet the owner and his beautiful family. They seem excited and ready for this venture. You can tell they have a love for the area and the company. On our second visit since opening, we opted for the drive-thru. Zach did a great job taking our order. Staff double-checked to ensure accuracy. Evan worked the window and chatted us up until food/milkshakes were delivered. Friendly staff who take pride in business and service. Can’t be beat! One of the few places you can still get a great milkshake fast. Can’t wait to come back!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Emma and Damarion! When I went to get my food, they were absolutely awesome from start to finish. Both of them had great attitudes — super friendly, polite, and full of positive energy. They made me feel welcome the second I walked in and made sure everything with my order was perfect. You can really tell they take pride in what they do and care about giving customers a good experience. It’s rare to come across people who treat you like that nowadays! Big thanks to Emma and Damarion — they turned a simple food pickup into a great moment in my day.

This is by far the best Chick-fil-A franchise in the area. I haven’t eaten at Chick-fil-A three times in a year I tried this one on Monday this week and I’ve eaten it every day. I like a breaded chicken sandwich in this location does it perfectly it reminds me of when I was a kid. I actually went out of my way to tell the manager how excellent I thought that it was and and to try and maintain consistency but everything was perfectly cooked chicken Was Juicy every time the breading was crisp flavorful and not falling off the sandwich like a lot of these other locations in the area that have fallen off after they’re openings. Tyler runs a tight ship and I can’t say enough about this place

Its obvious when you pull into the drive through (greeted with a smile by polite staff) that this company has put in the effort to properly serve its customers! I never wait in line for more than 5 minutes and the food is always hot and good qaulity! As long as these never change I will always be a repeat customer

Was happy to have this new location open and eager to try the new mobile check-in “fast lane”. Was a complete disaster. I sat in the front spot of the mobile line waiting. 5 minutes ago by. 7-8 cars went through the regular drive-thru and got food. A line started forming behind me in the mobile lane. Another 5 minutes go by. At this point I’ve watched approx. 20 cars get their food in lane next to me. 15 minutes go by! At this point they’re bringing orders out to cars behind me in the mobile lane. But those people can’t leave because I’m stuck upfront blocking them. At almost 20 min. I go up to the kid handing out food and demand an explanation. He said he gave our food away awhile ago and was sorry. They were remaking the order. I explain how long I’ve been waiting and gesture to the people behind me that are impatient and blowing their horns at me and the crew working since they’re stuck. I go back to car and wait more until the guy brings me the food. I quickly scan the bags and there’s zero sauces in there despite us ordering over a dozen. I have to get back out and march back to the window further stalling the mobile lane to request the missing sauces. At this point the mobile lane is at least ten cars long. Somehow even though the order was remade the fries were somehow cold and my sandwich had cheese on it despite being ordered without it. Upon arriving home discovered they forgot the dessert I’d ordered too. The whole ordeal was stressful and frustrating and ridiculous. Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit there. I’ll have to travel further for Chick-fil-A if I ever give them another chance.

We are so excited to have this new location! We had a great experience at the opening. The staff was friendly, helpful and quick to serve. They kept the facilities clean and tidy. There is a play space although not as large as some locations, it’s nice that this location will have a space for kids to let out some energy. The family who operates this location is so great! We love Chick-fil-A

Another great Chick-fil-A and this location is great close to the 275 interchange. Easy on and off the interstate, closest lot to the exit and all right turns if you’re heading north. I used drive thru and had no issues.
