Great place to stop and eat. They’re very understanding about special needs children. My daughter wasn’t having a great day and we had to leave because she was throwing a fit. When I tried to pay they told me not to worry about it because we really didn’t get to eat.

First, their hours as posted on Google are not correct, when we were there in Jan 2026, I asked and was told 7 to 7, Mon through Sat, 7 to 3 on Sun.
We arrived on a Sunday about 1:15, they were packed with church-goers, the salad bar looked very thin, picked over.
I ordered the BBQ chicken wings appetizer and, while they were large wings, they were dry and over-cooked. The BBQ sauce was in a tiny plastic container. I expected the wings to be sauced in BBQ.
I also ordered the fried green tomatoes which were breaded in cornmeal and fried. They weren’t bad. A little greasy, but palatable.
The front door bell alarm, every time someone came in or left was too much! It dinged constantly.
Staff was friendly and service good.

Well, I have to say, I couldn’t decide between the lemon pepper grilled catfish…..or the fried. I picked the lemon pepper grilled, I thought that I had made the best decision of my life……until Vicky, our super waitress brought me a piece of fried catfish on the house. OH MY, it was probably the best fish that I have ever eaten. My wife had the crab cakes and was equally as happy. I would recommend your stopping and trying this place for good, country cooking and atmosphere!!

Sat ourselves down and the server came over quickly with some menus. I had the breaded chicken sandwich and a few of the kids shared a pizza. The chicken was perfectly seasoned.
I recommend getting their onion rings or tater tots instead of fries. Fries are fries and you can get them anywhere. You don’t want to miss a good side from here.

My only complaint is that they brought out the food at random stagging times. Please keep in mind we were quite a large party. It was minor thing.

A great experience. We got seated quickly. Wait staff went over specials. Food was tasty and homemade style. Portions a little small but ok. They do offer a salad bar as well as a buffet. Plenty of parking. I’d recommend you stop by and give it a try.

Excellent place to cater rather large parties. I come with a church group for our yearly fishing trip to Dale Hollow every year, and this was my first time eating here. I can’t wait til my next visit down here because I will be stopping by again! The ribeyes are to die for! The servers were very paitent and efficient for the amount of people we had so props to them as well!
