7.29 for a 3 inch sub, plus 4.99 (3.99 plus 1.00 upcharge for fries, which wasnt mentioned when asked if we wanted “chips or fries”) to make it a “combo” and here are the exact 12 fries recieved! Add to that a guy who claimed to be the manager pointing his finger in my face and ripping the receipt out of my hand…..don’t need that experience ever again. Still waiting on a call from “regional manager”.

Recieved call from Becky, Regional Manager today. She seemed genuinely concerned and indicated that the behavior demonstrated by the male in question was very concerning for the organization, would not be tolerated and that he was no longer employed there. Sheoffered my mother and me a chance to come back for a better experience on them. Thank you, Becky!

I really wanted to like this place because I’ve heard good things, but my experience was pretty underwhelming. I stopped by after work expecting a solid sandwich and quick service, and it just didn’t deliver. The sub itself was okay, but nothing special — the bread tasted a little stale and the meat portions felt skimpy for what you pay.
Service was hit or miss. The guy at the counter seemed distracted and it took way longer than it should have for a pretty simple order. The place wasn’t even that busy, so I’m not sure what the holdup was.
I’m in my late 20s and eat out more than I probably should, so I’m not super picky — I just expect decent quality and consistency. For the price, I honestly expected better. Not terrible, but definitely not somewhere I’m going out of my way to come back to anytime soon.

Food was terrific. Service was not. FYI half a brownie comes with kids meals. It’s literally a prepacked brownie cut in half and left partially unwrapped where the cut was made. The ordered drinks were not offered and when I called ask where our ordered milks were, I was told they don’t have milk. Yet no substitute was offered at pickup. Also calling about safety of open brownies was met with defensiveness. No apology for missing drinks. Online ordering does not mean you’ll get what you order.

Ordered for delivery, had items missing and other replaced with unacceptable replacement.
Their solution, come and get it, well if I wanted or was able to go there I wouldn’t have placed a delivery order in the first place.
Oh and on a $65 dollar order, not a single napkin and no spoons for the soup.

This Firehouse Subs location was full of friendly staff. They had great sandwiches with a minimal wait time. I’m from Seattle and these sandwiches tastes fresher and we’re made with more care than at my local Firehouse Sub at home. My coworkers ate lunch here two days in a row.
