Update: prices went up a bit and they now serve breakfast. Normally I’d complain but the portion sizes are great and their pancakes & bacon are awesome. Well worth the price.
There are 3 Mexican restaurants in Clermont, IN all within a half mile of each other. This is the only one that seems authentic. My girlfriend is Hispanic and she told me this is the first place she’s been in Indy where the food reminds her of her Abuelas cooking; brought over from Mexico. Delicious food, awesome owner and staff! UPDATE: I accidentally left my wallet in the store. The staff kept it safe for me for 2 days. Great experience as always!

This place is really authentic Mexican food. I got the guacamole to go and ended up eating the whole cup there. Its not a fancy place. It’s your mom and pop shop with the dad cooking and the son working the register. From the outside you would think to yourself are the reviews as good as the food. There are……the only complaint is that the price on the board is not what rings up on the register. The tacos are very flavorful bit small for what they charge. I got 3 tacos with corn tortilla 2 Al Pastor, and 1 barbacoa. Price $7.95. 8 ounces of guacamole $4.99, with chips $5.99. I feel the tacos for the size should be $1.50- $2.00.

I didnt even eat here today. Got a burrito from chipotle that my roommate got for me and it doesnt even come close to sabors. Will be back soon. Favorite spot comfirmed.

No water in a cup, only bottles, no chips and salsa for the table. No lunch deals only dinner and mains. Like most mex places the flavor isnt there (can’t even taste the cumin )which made me a little mad about 5$ taco atleat there was a decent amount of meat. I’m not normally one to make a bad review but I wanted to walk out almost immediately when I realized it was a dollar more per taco than the place less than 500 ft. Away and no alcohol, no chips, no free water.

This restaurants food was delicious. The staff was knowledgeable and passionate about the items offered. Oh boy did the food speak for itself, simply delicious. My party of three stopped in at the hoeght of rush hour on a Monday, we were served and seated immediately. It was a very clean environment. I will end with, we will be going back!!!

Stopped by to get nachos because how bad could someone mess up nachos? Well I quickly found out. The cheese was watery and they didn’t drain the beans, so while riding down the street I discovered that the bag filled up with about 7 ounces of liquid. Nachos were completely soggy. The chicken was also a no . Almost $17 wasted. Never again
