Spent $28 for only 2 people, at the Palmer, AK Taco Bell. We purchased the Crispy Chicken Nuggets Deluxe Combo Box and the Discovery Luxe Box. They forgot to include several items in our order. The manager, who took over at the window, was very unfriendly when we went back through to get those items. When we first got into our bag, the items were partially unwrapped (not wrapped well) and the food was cold. The only warm food was the chicken nuggets because they were in a box. There were 4 people at the window so I can’t imagine why they didn’t get all the items in the bag. When they call these “boxes” why weren’t they put in a box? Will NOT go back!!!

Their burritos at this location are insultingly small. I expect more for the price. This thing is almost as small as a sauce packet.

We ordered a few things, and everything was sub par compared to other locations. 2 big issues, besides every item being SUPER small was, The grilled cheese steak burrito had no meat, and we were missing a steak gordita! Every time we go here there’s issues but its convenient lol this was the last time ✌️ ↔️ attached is the picture of the grilled cheese STEAK burrito lmaoo leaving this “bad review” won’t do anything to Taco Bells rep, im warning other people to check their orders from here for sure

The Taco Bell Palmer team is doing an excellent job! They should be recognized for their incredibly great customer service during such a busy time like the State Fair. I completely forgot about the fair starting and I’ve never seen the line so long like I did tonight. Order by order with a line that is seemingly never ending … good job! Seriously, you guys are amazing and we are all lucky to have such dedicated employees working to feed so many people late at night!

It never ceases to amaze me at how absolutely slow and inefficient this location is. I just backed out of the line after waiting for ten minutes with no movement. This is during slow hours too.

I finally abandoned my paid order. The interior was filthy. There wasnt enough staff. They couldn’t even tell me where I was in the order line up after waiting for 25 minutes. The way their system prioritizes orders is chaos. Drive thru clearly had first priority. Ordering on the app and at the lobby kiosk have very low priority. Ordering from the person directly at the register has high priority. What a mess. There werent any adult employees. Some of the teens were polite and working hard. Some were slow and indifferent.

Customer service was great BUT was extremely understaffed so we had to go back FOUR TIMES for items that they forgot. The ice was really good and so was the food.

Slow service every time I come here. Was told My orders gonna be a while when I asked how long I was then told I can’t tell you there’s no way to know. it’s your job to know figure it out.

Love the food, but I am not sure why every time I go through the long line they just refuse to sell what is ordered. Three times I order the same thing for either my son or both of us and for 2 meals at over 20 dollars, when I just ask for no cream they’re actually giving me a supreme when I’m asking just for a regular remember you’re company saves money and you being predictable and efficient will probably get you a raise, that extra money comes from getting an order correct the first time. Or just waste food and don’t be mad when you’re supervisor says you need to go home 3 hours early waste =less money for you, and higher prices for all of us. You say you know this yet you continue to do it. That’s why you work at Taco Bell. They promote go getters and fire people doing the bare minimum. What kind of person are YOU?
