Week after week me and my husband make a visit to Church’s Texas Chicken, because we really love their food, after visiting this evening I think we will take a ride to other locations for our food. We ordered 8 pc meal with mashed potatoes and okra ( no okra available) so we did the Mac n cheese and Lord behold I’ve never had side items that wasn’t good, but this has to be the worst Mac n cheese ma and my husband ever tasted. Guessing there’s a big difference with morning shift and evening shift cause, morning shift with the older crew of women working the food was so delicious and enjoyable. If I could do -5 in stars I would. What an experience….. UNSATISFIED

I had lunch here yesterday. I ordered the two-piece combo meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. My chicken leg was overcooked. Not much left to eat after removing the hard, dark piece. The thigh was better. The honey biscuit was good. The gravy on the mashed potatoes was amazing! What a great flavor it had. I asked for tea and had to ask for more ice. They had just made it and it was still warm and strong. I ended up tossing it. The employees were friendly and helpful as always. Great customer service.

Staff was very kind upon fretting me when I first walked in the door. And the Manager was very kind. She was handling an order but took time to speak to me & she continued filling her order. I love the kindness & welcoming atmosphere. And the food is ” Delicious”

Placed my order on the app for ‘ASAP’ which indicates the order will be ready 5 minutes after the order is placed. When we arrived approx 7 minutes after the order was placed, we were told that there would be a 9 minute wait on the order. This is unacceptable for many reasons, mainly waiting that long for “fast food” AFTER utilizing the app is pretty pointless. 2ndly nothing in the order was outlandish or “special” just basic chicken and sides, nothing that constitutes waiting more than 5 minutes. Waiting over 25 minutes is asinine and the attitude we were given by employees, because they did not provode adequate sercice, was completely unnecessary.

I don’t understand how this is not 5stars across the board. I walk in today, the cook says “Hello, what can I get for you?”. I told him what I wanted, and in just minutes I was walking out with my order. They were super busy and yet I was treated like I was the only person in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and very busy and still were amazing. Why we don’t have one of these in Northport I don’t understand. Please, please, let’s get a church’s in Northport. Best fried chicken anywhere.

I’ve been and it’s been excellent. Other times not so much. However the attitude at the window might make you wanna pull off befor scanning your card. Seems like some are mad to do your drive. Gave me half my order and had to keep asking and showing my receipt. I was met with eye rolls for what was left off my order. Other times they’ve givin me peppers at no charge for a slight wait. Just try your luck but ore than once.

In March, I made an order for around $60 for all of my roommates and me to eat dinner on the app. However, when I arrived, they were out of everything due to the “delivery truck coming late and everything being frozen” which was unfortunate but okay. In response, I asked for a refund and they said no you have to go through app. Okay, unfortunate but fine. Too ky absolute disbelief, it’s now September, I was never refunded after 12 calls to their support number of the company (which does not exist anymore). They reported multiple time that they were waiting for this store to respond and pay it, NEVER happened. Everything else was unfortunate but understandable, whats not understandable is after not providing a service you were paid to give, then forcing to go through another party which ultimately goes back to them, then when you go through that, they never respond. If this issue every gets resolved, im happy to move on and delete the review, but I can not recommend them at all with this situation.
