Great service! Colleen, the manager, was super nice and welcoming. Definitely my go to Smoothie King. Unfortunately the AC went out at the store but she was still very welcoming and getting through the struggle. She really is killing it !

We come to this Smoothie King pretty often with the gym being in the same plaza and while we don’t always catch Dom on shift, it’s such a treat when we do!! Dom’s always so kind and welcoming, and somehow remembers our order even if weeks have gone by that we’ve seen eachother. Everyone there has been so nice BUT that little extra effort really makes the customer experience feel special and personalized so I hope Dom gets the recognition that is deserved!

Absolutely the worst customer service! I ordered on the app which stated the order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I showed up after 20 minutes and they had not even started the toast. I waited another 10 minutes for toast! When I asked the counter help why my order was not ready, she just shrugged her shoulders and ignored me. When she finally completed the order, she handed me the bag while looking in the opposite direction without even considering thanking me for my business. I will never go back and have deleted the app from my phone!
